The service department took it upon themselves to determine that the repair would not be covered and didn't bother to contact the warranty company. If we hadn't contacted them ourselves we'd be out $1500. Completely unacceptable behavior. If they had contacted them there would have been no issue. They however didn't want to do the extra work it took to make the call. Avoid them if at all possible.

First I want to start by saying that Nick at the Washington store was very nice and helpful. But unfortunately that is all I can say about the Uftring stores. The previous weekend I put a deposit on a car that I was interested in test driving the following weekend. I get to the Peoria store to test drive and it doesn't work out. I go back inside to tell them that I decided against the car and ask about my deposit check. The manager Austin Street is extremely rude and pretty much told me I was out of luck with my deposit. I told him it had been discussed with Nick and it was contingent upon me actually test driving the car. He didn't believe it looked for like 30 seconds and said it had already gone to the finance office. I was absolutely furious because I took that to mean that they had already cashed my check before I had even done the test drive. It took a month to get the check back. Never doing business and everyone stay away from Austin

I bought a 2016 Toyota Corolla with 19,000 miles on it from the Weston used car lot. The price was on par with KBB and I got the maximum KBB trade in for my 2010 Corolla. The process was smooth and Kinsman was great. I absolutely love my Corolla. I would definitely buy from them again if they had the right vehicle.

Took my car in for a repair under warranty, they took it apart so it was no longer driveable and then didn't have a loaner (despite a lot full of used cars) so I was scrambling for transportation for my family that evening and to get to work the next day. Now it's been 2 months as the exact same issue is back so their "repair" was as shoddy as their customer service. I've already called a competitor for this repair as I'd like it done right this time

Worst financing company to work with, not worth the half percentage point lower than your own bank. They need to find another financing company to work with ASAP. 1350 complaints filed with the BBB in the last 3 years and should be more. You are handed off to several people during the purchase and the payment rep is not easy to understand at all. Salespeople are great and helpful and patient but have your own loan and check in hand to pay to avoid the mess on that side.

I stopped by, without an appointment, because OnStar alerted me that one of my tires had low air pressure. When I arrived, I found that I had a nail in the tire. They fixed it quickly, at a fair price, and I was back on the road again.

Brought my new Cadillac into Uftring Weston service department. There was no why to turn off radio. After about an hour and a half, no one could figure how to turn off the radio. Told me to put it in mute. That means the radio is still using the battery. Left there with the radio still going and traded it in on a new Acura. Several people we hang out with are now looking at the Acura instead of a Cadillac. No more dealing with Uftring Weston, for me.

Nov 11, 2019Previous reviewA warning to all veterans. Be careful and get all the facts on trade ins. I was really ripped off in my trade in. After agreeing on a price, found out the paint on the new Cadillac, needed a good wax job to protect the paint, as the paint on the new Cadillac would not hold up. When it came time to pay, I was told once I drove the car out of the parking lot, there was no warranty on anything and would have to buy protection. Please be careful when you deal with this dealership

We've been taking our two vehicles there now for three years. Regular maintenance and oil changes. Started going because I do have a used Cadillac. Highly recommend. I just took my nonworking key fob in to get it repaired. Customer service did it without charging me. They found something to reset on my car which just took seconds. Once again they came through with flying colors thank you.
