Auto Now

I am very disappointed with the way I have been taken care of. I actually bought a car that shouldn't have even been on their lot for sale. It is a true lemon and I have it in the shop 4 times. I had to deal with attitudes from their mechanic and un-professionalism. I am truly disgusted. Don't believe I can even trust them.

Well let me tell you about this place. I bought a van from them in 2015 it was infest with roaches. They bug bombed it so we choked on the fumes for a few days. I sunk over 5,000 into the van and then it blew a head gasket 2 years later. Today I went back to them out of desperation because my cash car I just bought in March caught on fire at I435 and 95th st June 17. Of course since it was a $900 car I only had liability on it. Well anyway I was told yesterday I was approved with $99 down so I was willing to buy a huge Grand Marquis from them just to have transportation. Drove all the way down to Olathe from Leavenworth and the guy informs me I'm not approved. So this is not a good experience for me.

I brought a vehicle late August. Three days after I had it I had to put in shop for repair. Was under warranty but I had to pay 200$ deductible on a vehicle I only had for 3days. When October came I found out the heat didn't work and again I had to put back in shop and pay again. I then took to another mechanic and was told my vehicle I had for ((((93DAYS))) was no good and I should not have bought it. Too late for me but to other ppl just go to drive time or another dealership. I wasted too much money on somthing that kept breaking down. So don't waste your time or money we this company. I truly believe I and 3other ppl were scammed. please hear my warning It's the truth!!! Or just buy vehicle from Craig's list or look online. Most ppl will give you a great deal with cash in hand

My name is Mr. Sampson I really don't care who knows it. I have purchased two cars with Auto now and have been a faithful customer however that has not been reciprocated by Auto now. The Warrenty I'm telling you now don't count on it! Also as I said this is my second purchase with Auto now so I've been a loyal customerThe first time that I got into a little bit of trouble and needed some help they were unwilling to reciprocate that help they are very willing to take your money when you say you're going to pay them but if you have trouble paying them woe for you there will be no love there will be no working with you there will be none of that and I am speaking as a person that's been doing business with them now for almost 5 years and they can't allow me a little bit a help I would not suggest you buy from Auto now now or ever! Proceed at your own risk

I will try to do this without slandering anyone. So, I have to say, this place got me. They can without a doubt put you in a car asap, BUT....the price you pay will ruin you.
I read reviews from other places saying their cars needed work and etc. but gave them the benefit of a doubt. Bad idea.

Within two weeks the car was in the shop 3 times. Heck that did not even bother me as much as what I discovered later. Problem after problem and I figured "used car it happens". After enough problems I asked them can I just trade it in and they said sure when your down to $4000 on payments and I figured I must be close. Nope. The interest is so high it adds on daily and you pay 3 to 4 times what the vehicle is worth. 22% interest is a joke. Yet they told me I would have it paid off in 36 months. That is why I did it. Nope. Was a lie. Tried to trade in to other dealerships they said pay off is too high and they ALL SAID Auto Now ripped me off and they even broke down numbers to me showing how they ripped me off giving me actual percentages, rates, and analysis.

Long story short, I am still paying for it. A $2000 car paying $12,000 due to interest. The practices used by auto now are deceptive. If you do not want to take my word for it, that is fine just research these rates and numbers yourself and look at other reviews. OR when your in their office, ask them their interest rate and ask them IF its high? Ask them would they get a car their. See what they say. I am stuck where I am. I was ripped off and mistreated. This is just to save someone else from getting into this. Please consider your options.

I shopped at this location because over the phone Tony seemed to understand what I was looking for and said he could help me out. My first visit there was very short as Tony was rude and had no interest in bringing over a vehicle from their other location for me to look at. He suggested I drive to KC and work with that location so I thanked him for his time. The next time I returned he disrespected my husband and my father and tried to sell us a vehicle priced for double its worth. He was extremely unprofessional and also said he didn't know how much the vehicle was worth because they didn't look that up. He didn't know how much the warranty was for either even though he said he'd been at the job for many years. So overall if you would like to have a horrible experience and get ripped off please do visit this establishment. Tony called us back after the last visit trying to sell another vehicle and explain away his behavior but it was more double talk and explaining why he was going to over charge on any vehicle he sold.
