those prices are quite high considering you have to go through boxes of clothes by yourself, only a few items are hung but the rest is like a treasure hunt. continuous digging and searching, getting on the floor and looking through boxes. i got a girls hoodie and jeans for a total of $24, i would've expected to pay nothing more than $8-$10 or so... there was only one worker, pretty young and running around as he was also the cashier.

This place smells like an old damp cellar and the clothes seem damp as well. The woman who owns it is so rude and unfriendly. No thanks

Reasonable prices for statement pieces. Lots of vintage stuff. Staff is always very relaxed but helpful. Wish I lived closer.

Visited this thrift shop today and they have a large selection of clothing for all age ranges. When you first walk in it looks small but there is a larger area in the back. They have boxes with descriptions which help to find items if you are looking for something specific. They have a large variety of vintage and 80's & 90's clothing which was cool to see. Prices are a bit high for my thrifting taste but not bad. Jean jackets were $15 & light female varsity vintage jackets were $10. Definitely check them out if you are looking for some cool vintage pieces.

This is the most amazing local thrift store you will ever find in the NJ suburbs - you have to clear your afternoon and go visit. Bring cash they don't take cards. Wash your hands when you get home.

Got a themed party to go to? This is your spot.
All the clothes your mom tossed from your closet have found there way here. Its time for a reunion.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Alicia A S.NC, NC01Jun 9, 2023
I am from NY, I remember when this store was in Orangeburg, I did not know if it was still around, but I'm glad I took a chance and googled it. I love the vintage jeans I look forward to going when I go home to visit.

Back in the day when jeans were the uniform and Fleetwood Mac weren't great grandparents, Udelco was a destination warehouse for second hand denim and USED clothing of every variety and style.
There was no pretense of anything being pre-owned or gently worn, you scavenged through boxes for old clothing that was severely broken in and hoped that the previous owner(s) enjoyed soap and a good delousing as much as they craved their hash pipe.
I'm just amazed Udelco is still here and may drop in next time I'm in the area. Who knows, I just might find the old jeans that rode my hip before my hip needs to be replaced.Helpful 10Thanks 0Love this 15Oh no 0 - Ally H.Lemont, IL3653Mar 22, 2023
Absolutely the coolest place I have been in a while. It is beyond great. You never know what you're going to find there. Prices are good along with the selection of items. They organize everything in boxes and you dig through the boxes. I got 2 plaid Longsleeves (one fleece lined) and a crew neck hoodie, my first trip and spent $20 flat.

I remember checking this place out in high school and decided to go back nearly 10 years later. Udelco is a hidden gem especially since fashion tends to repeat itself. They have a huge selection of Camo jackets (I got one for $5), denim jackets (got one for $15), 80's denim (~$10 each), dresses, windbreakers, pins, shorts, overalls, and anything else you can possibly think of. Be prepared to spend a good amount of time digging through boxes. Also, don't expect anything to be brand new -- it's a thrift store after all. Just be sure to wash the clothes after purchasing them. I took off one star for how dusty the place was. I'm highly sensitive to dust but it didn't bother me enough to stop going there. I will definitely be back at Udelco.
