Love this place. They've fixed phones for me twice and are always fast, efficient, polite, and competent. Gabriel fixed the camera in my iPhone after a drop. The price was reasonable and it works perfectly. Highly recommend!

Not the most competent place to go to get something repaired. At least not for a Mac owner they are afraid to tackle anything that may seem over their head I repaired and order more MacBook as they first jacked the prices and then couldn't get the part. Don't be afraid is my advice. Do it yourself.

I scheduled an online repair through their website, explicitly stating that i had a Surface Laptop 3 with a cracked screen. The appointment was confirmed.

When i arrived for the appointment, I was informed that they do not repair Mircosoft Surfaces.

If they would have reviewed the appointment and let me know that they do not repair Surfaces, I would not have wasted the trip. They could also state on their site that they do not fix Surfaces.

I wasted a trip going into their store - they could have easily saved me that trip with the most basic customer service. Will not use them for anything in the future.

Be prepared, they will not tell you if they can work on your device or not until you actually enter the store.

First time ever trying out a "phone repair" shop and it was a great experience. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the process. Also reassured that my phone would be safe and restored back to "new condition". I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing phone repair.

Got my phone repaired 3 weeks ago and it is crack again and I have not drop my phone, went back and Jeniffer the supervisor told me that I have to pay again because there is no warranty, and she even insinuate that I was lying, what kind of way to treat your customers. Do not come to this place, find someone else to fix your phone, this place is not customer oriented, this is a money maker place with no Customer service, all they want is your money. I wasted my money.

This is the second time I have utilized their services and they are amazing! Thanks for the quick turnaround and professionalism! I highly recommend these guys.

they were really nice and cleaned out the inside of my laptop in hopes that it would help my speakers to continue functioning. it didn't help and they also couldn't find the part for my laptop but i don't believe it was their fault. they were nice about and and didn't charge me for anything bc they couldn't fix it.
