Desert Yoga Therapy

My session with Jayne Robertson was magical. Although I am a yoga newbie, Jayne listened carefully to my concerns and led me masterfully through a consultation that included both therapeutic and restorative poses. Jayne ended our session with a guided meditation.
I left this spacious studio feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. This was one of the highlights of my visit to the desert. I'll be back. Thank you!

I was in the desert for a few days and wanted to find a vinyasa yoga class. I carefully read reviews of multiple studios and settled in on Desert Yoga Therapy.....I could not have selected a better studio for my needs. Jayne was knowledgeable and carefully led the group through a series of poses that were both challenging and helped me to improve my current knowledge. I have been practicing for years, but still consider myself a "debutant."... Jayne helped when I was not in the correct posture: she was always conscious of everyone's needs. I plan to go back to this studio when I am in PD. Also, the studio is beautiful and spacious.

I agree wholeheartedly with the other reviewers. I have been attending yoga sessions with Jayne for several years now. Jayne is an amazing person and inspiring instructor. Her classes are extremely popular as are the yoga holidays she arranges in the summer. Jayne fosters a sense of community through her compassion and welcoming nature.

Jayne is an outstanding yoga instructor and inspiring teacher. She has extensive education on anatomy and physiology, therapy, body mechanics, and the spiritual principles of yoga. The classes offer continuous variety of poses and constant learning techniques on the principles of yoga. Outstanding teaching and enlightening classes!

Desert yoga therapy is amazing!! This is a new studio that recently opened in Rancho mirage. It's clean, well maintained, and the yoga is fantastic! I highly recommend it!!

I have tried a few of the yoga studios in the desert and have come to really like Desert yoga Therapy. The prices are fair, they provide mats at no additional charge, they ask for your feedback on the studio and the studio is quiet, calm, and clean. I think they are one of the best kept secrets in the desert. I enjoy the deep stretch/meditation and the offerings on the weekend for those of us working full time. A great find and I highly recommend!!!

Desert Yoga Therapy yoga classes are the best in the Coachella valley. Jayne Robertson is a master yogi that can teach to all levels and will make your experience at her studio personal, healing and instructive. I have been to most of her classes and she is highly skilled in all areas of yoga, especially therapeutic. She is very welcoming and makes everyone feel included, no matter what your level or experience. Her yoga teacher training classes are also excellent. Two Thumbs Way Up!!!

Such a wonderful experience. I am new to yoga and thought it would be intimidating, but Jayne makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk into one of her sessions and she gently encourages and coaches you along. I can't say enough great things about the Resorative Yoga Classes. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
