      ABSOLUTELY Horrible customer service !!!!! More than once... today GM tells me he is too busy to fill a LP tank ....come back later ! Seriously why do you have it then if you don't want to fill them ??!

      Awful service for a hitch installation. I made an appointment online with over a two week lead time but prepaid up front. I called the morning of the installation to confirm my reservation. I waited 25 minutes on the phone and the customer service agent could only leave a request on my reservation for the installer to phone me, they didn't. I received no indication there was a problem with the reservation.

      When I showed for the hitch installation, they didn't have the hitch in stock. They could have provided a heads-up before I showed but did not. They then said they would locate another hitch, possibly at a partner location in Springfield, and call me to reschedule. They never called.

      I again phoned the facility and my phone wait 20 minutes before speaking with another customer service agent. I cancelled the reservation.

      I ordered the hitch this morning from etrailer.com and it already switched. I phoned Midas and they would gladly install the hitch for me. Do yourself a favor and use a hitch installation option OTHER than U-Haul.

      I rented a van for three hours two weeks ago. Just to pick up a Grill because I didn't have a truck we only have cars in my family. The grill was tied to the wall of the van never rolled anywhere and when I got home with the me and my wife unloaded the grill no problem. I returned the van as is maybe went over on the estimated mileage a little but. When I saw my credit card bill I notice a $232 charge on my credit card. When I returned to the location to ask why I was charge the assistant manager told me if you didn't accept or look at the vehicle before hand in the terms and conditions we can charge you for whatever we want to on the van. It's up to us so we charged you $150.00 for a broken handle in the van. I truly did not break anything in this van I took it to Worcester and back to Leominster. This is fraud and I will be filing a civi suit against uhaul this is far from over. It's not my fault the person before me did not check in that van correctly and then rented it out to me I will not rest until it's refunded and I get an apology.

      Will never return here. Uhaul is a rip off and greedy. Wont have your unit even though you have confirmation #s etc. Make sure you show up an hour early to get checked in because the process is super long. Staff is unprofessional. If the online check in for after hour drop off does not work (which it wont) you will be charged. Take your money somewhere else!!

      Horrible customer service!!!!!!! We paid $3,000 to ship U-boxes from CA to this store and have had them stored there for 6 months and been paying monthly storage fees. Every time we need to get in touch with someone at the actual location U-haul transfers us to different people not at the store and says that the manager will call us back. On the phone call today they literally transferred us 11 times and everyone said they would just leave a message and the manager will call us back. He never does.

      One time we needed to get something out of it and it was the same thing and we had to drive 30 minutes and go down to the store because the manager never called us back. Not sure what kind of manager they have in charge there and they are a small store, it isn't that busy.

      This time, we have been trying to have our stuff delivered and have been leaving messages for the manager (since that is all the u-haul main phone number will let us do) for TWO WEEKS! He hasn't called us back! U-haul wont let us get in touch with the actual store or the actual manager. The corporate number told us we could go tow our own stuff since we can't get ahold of them. That is their answer? We have moved and need our stuff. At this point they are holding all our things while we are paying and will not give it to us.

      We have over the years brought 4 vans and a pickup truck and had towing attachments installed with no issue and we had recommended to hundreds of our customers to go there is they ever needed anything. We don't normally recommend other businesses because most fail to service well. So last week we had a installation done to our 5th Van of the same make GMC Savana and this time the installation was done with the wiring going through the cargo door making it the wiring subject to damage and in water subject to electrocution. We brought the van there December 22nd to have them relocate the wiring and the tech told us that this is the new way of doing it. ???? It says right on the Van we are electricians but I guess he missed that big lettered van he worked on. Ok so I call U-Haul on other side of town and they say that I should have it repaired cause its not safe. Yup I knew that. So today I called the manager Frank and he fake hung up on me 4 times when he heard my problem. The U-Haul across town said bring it in and they will repair at no charge and write up a warranty. Needless to say we wont be recommending The U-Haul on Central Street In Leominster again. We might just tell everyone not to go there and warn them.

      When I entered the business office /store I was greeted poorly . Instead of "how can I help you ." I got "what do you need," with an atitude . The female that greeted me was new and did not know how to set me up with my storage so I didn't think anything of her atitude since she was obviously "new" however her coworker male he might also have been a manager it seemed based on his shirt and experience . He was worse . The female coworker asked him if he was okay and he said he wasn't feeling well however if thats the case he should've stayed home. He had no patience when I wanted to read the contract and was asking questions about returning the rental and accessing the storage after hours. Then when he showed me my unit I told him repeatedly that I thought the unit was too small instead of selling me a bigger unit he said it will and rushed me out. When I asked him to show me how to use the garage door that was also met with an atitude .

      I def would not recommend this location to anyone ever. Thankfully my stuff did fit but things are stacked pack inside and I would've rathered a bigger unit but did not want to deal with anymore rude customer service. The positives are they have indoor units so you can have climate controlled storage. Also since I had rented a truck I got my first month of storage free.

      Worst customer service of any business I've ever dealt with!! Can't express it enough. The "owner" did absolutely nothing to accommodate an issue. He may just as well been a 17 year old part timer. I wouldn't spend another dime in that place if my life depended on it!! I would give it 0 stars if the app would let me...but I had to give it 1 to continue

      I had the worst experience dealing with Adam who I found out was the general manager of this location. customer service 101 this guy is lacking with any type of human relations! Raised his voice when I told him I did not reserve a cargo van and he told me to stop with the attitude. Charged me extra to upgrade with into something I clearly explained to the reservations dept that I needed. I have been in the rental industry previously for 18 years and would have fired this jerk long ago. This business is an embarrassment to our community and I am making it my mission to see that we get rid of this tumor!

      I went to this Uhaul location during one of the busiest weeks of the year (college move in week). I didn't have a prior reservation and I needed to rent a 15'-17' truck for 2 days.
      When I got there the line was out the door and after 20 minutes of waiting I was helped by Brad Harasimowicz. I informed him of my situation and sadly there were no trucks available for 2 days, the only available options were for a matter of hours.
      Brad kindly accommodated us with a truck and a storage unit to hold my stuff for the 2 days without a Uhaul truck. He also swapped out the truck that was originally given to us for one that was newer/nicer. It was overall great service given I was in a very last minute sticky situation.
