Mobile TV

I have never used Mobile Tv, yet I recommend them highly. I called them to inquire about a visit to repair two TVs at a friend's home. He gave me simple instructions on how to reset the TVs. It worked. He "free advised himself out of a service call. An honest man!!! I hope I don't need TV repair, but if I do, I will call Mobile TV.

Highly recommend Mobile TV if you are in the Riverside county area. Super responsive, timely and accurate repairs. I had an 85 inch Sony Bravia TV that would not turn on and he fixed it same day. The TV was literally dead with no power. He replaced the main board, updated the firmware and assisted hanging the TV back on the wall. Very professional. Look no further for your TV repairs.

I called for an estimate and the gentleman over the phone gave me an honest answer and advice, and that meant not getting my business which means I will recommend this business to anyone that needs it!

Terry has fixed two tvs for me. And haven't had a problem since. Getting ready to take a third tv to him. He is always kind and very professional. His prices are always affordable. I would recommend before tossing the tv and buying a new one just give him a call

Terry replied to my voicemail within 15 minutes and said he could come the same day. I was having a problem with the remote for my ProScan TV and couldn't get it to program even after reading the owners manual and looking a a YouTube video.

Anyway Terry arrived on time and brought a couple different remotes to try. We changed the batteries on the original remote and nothing happened. He then pulled out an RCA remote and the Tv turned on immediately and we were able to check all the settings and sources. Terry said RCA makes ProScan TV's so he wasn't surprised when it worked.

I was very happy with his fast response, knowledge, quality of work and he only charged me $57 for the house call and remote which I felt was a good deal. Unfortunately he looses 2 stars for parking in my driveway and leaving a puddle of motor oil behind.

Broke my 65 inch 4k Samsung Curve screen, owner was very honest and frank with me about my best options even if it meant he didnt get my business. He even gave me tips on future tv purchases and what to stay away from. Very stand up, respectable business's are rare gems now days and I very much appreciate it.

I had a horrible experience with this gentleman he picks up my 65" Samsung television to be fixed the only problem was that it would not turn on.

A month and a half later he tells me he tried replacing two boards and he can't fixe it and I would like to just leave with him.

Upon me picking up my television he explains to me that the reason why he can't fixed it because the screen is broken.

When he picked up my television the screen was not broken and if it was he would not taken the television and would have I cannot fix it has a broken.

Now I'm stuck with a $2,500 television that is now trash but he claims I brought the television with a broken screen. It's funny how he did not find the crack when he first picked up.

This was a horrible experience I wish I would have never brought it to this man which his name is Terry.

Terry @ Mobile TV was the local repair shop assigned to me by my warranty company (Newleaf/Howards).

Short version, Terry is not going to call you despite his promises. You will have to call him. Over. And over. If I didn't HAVE TO go through him, I wouldn't.

Long version: They sent my information over to him on Thurs July 16th 9am. I had to follow up following Monday because Terry had not reached out to me. He had all my information (read it to me over the phone), he just didn't call. He picked up TV the next day as promised, but that's basically where we're at. The only information he has given me was the same info I got off the Sony website after 30 seconds of googling. He also stated "the tv is working fine in my shop". I asked if he wasn't able to figure it out or make repairs to bring my TV back. 2 days later he has not called me back to arrange delivery. Has not returned my call from yesterday.

Maybe he has fixed some TVs, but he's not good with follow up.

I don't want to hear any covid excuses because TVs don't get covid. Side note, he didn't wear a mask when he came into my home to pick up my tv.

This man knows his stuff!!! Very friendly! Fixed our tv within days. Communicated very well with us and kept us informed. Price was fair! Will always use him if any other tv breaks down. Also gave us tips for helping it last longer. Thank you for awesome service!!
