Very nice place with great service & plenty of tasty food options. Not a gambler, however, the space where folks go to risk losing their hard earned money looks lively...

Stayed here because we thought it was closer to Flagstaff than we thought. It wasn't haha. But it was still a great place to stay and had free parking. The room was cozy and I appreciated the air purifier in there. It's a huge resort, we were walking around and found they had a whole ass game room! The pool is indoors and at the end. The lights change colors which make it look a lot fancier than it is. Gym is small but empty given that there weren't too many guests while we were there.

Downside is that it's in the cuts and nearest grocery was in Flagstaff about 20 min away. Other than that, we had a great, comfortable stay here.

This weekend was my first visit to twin arrows but mot my last. The casino may be a bit out of the way but it is worth the drive. The casino is spotless with clean comfortable rooms and excellent staff. There is no reason to leave the facility since the restaurants there are excellent with a buffet, a cafe ( breakfast there was great) and a steakhouse with an expansive menu. I plan to return with my wife as a summer stay cation.

Fun place to get away from the heat in the summer and fun to get away in winter to see the snow. Rooms are very comfortable and great food with Navajo cuisine

The only good thing about this casino is the hotel. As far as everything else. It's shit! I hate going to the sports bar because the customer service is shit. Waiting in line for almost 20 mins just to get seated. Then they have the audacity to give us an attitude. Their food is shit. Their dessert isn't any better. I see customers getting frustrated because they're trying to get the server's attention, to the point they just bail on their tab. Every time I give them a chance they somehow always manage to fuck it up. Yet look at us like we're the problem. Restaffing really needs to be considered. My partner is Navajo and is upset that this is how he gets treated by his own tribe. Wekopa has far more better customer service than this place. We honestly have been treated way better than we ever did here. Not everyone who works at this casino is bad. Just the sports bar. Customer service is waaaaay better at Zenith, if you want to eat good and have good service that is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Does this look cooked to you? When I asked for them to remake it, I heard the cook throwing a bitch fit because he had to remake it.

We decided to check out this casino because we are staying in downtown flagstaff. Heard nice things about this casino. The service that we had in the restaurant in the cafe was absolutely horrible. Very rude waitress , had a very bad attitude. Nobody else in the whole hotel ever acknowledged us or said hi to us either, when we walked by and said hi to them. We felt very very disrespected at this casino and we will never be back!

Enjoyed our three night stay at Twin Arrows resort. Room had a king bed and all the amenities that were desired. They even offered masks upon arrival which I understand and appreciate. I tried my best to secure a double bed room for our stay and unfortunately it was sold out . But that didn't stop us from packing an airbed for this stay. Hotel and casino was non smoking which I loved!

Food at the Chevron next door was a wonderful options for our family of four. We ate at the Four elements cafe on our first night of arrival. (See post in Yelp for that) . The buffet had it first opening tonight and people were packing in. I was able to go in and view what was on the menu.

The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in getting our room cleaned for all three nights. Thank you Ailiana and Shytalia for your service!

Signed up for a cougar card and got 10 dollars in free play. We will give that a try this evening. Hoping I find the chevron station next door so I can give the review they need for their business. Overall a great stay!

      Will not return ever again!
I don't travel 2 hours from Phoenix just be yelled at by your security team for walking past the crew emptying out the cash out the machines! It's not my job to know your policies on the security measures for retrieving the cash out the slots but it's your job to treat me as a valued guest, and you failed miserably! Your 3 alcoholic drinks per hour policy is a joke and is abused by bar manager at any time if they even assume you hit that limit. I called BS on your bar manager by showing my time stamped drink receipts when I was told I was "cut off" lmao I will give my business to Gila River casinos as your team at twin arrows need some staffing restructuring and serious customer service training!

Where do I begin? Well first off, if you want to stay In Flagstaff, stay in a hotel/motel in FLAGSTAFF. Twin Arrows is approximately 22 miles east of Flagstaff, in the middle of nowhere.

When my family and I checked in this past week, I noticed a lot of the restaurants were closed. I later found it was for "Covid". They did offer their bar and grill restaurant that was still open. Based on the hotel website, everything is open and running. False advertising. I'll get to the bar and grill in a second.

When I checked in, the front desk sprang on me that their pool was closed the following day for renovations. I had a 2 night stay. This wasn't warned to me until check in.

We check into the room, I immediately notice the mattresses are on military wire frames for cots. My bathroom had no door lock, the shower head was loose and supposedly I was in their newly renovated room.

My family and I went into the bar and grill. Service was terrible. The server had no personality. Food was slow to come out. Food was TERRIBLE. It could be nice because they had Indian fry bread but they make the food with no flavor what so ever.

We went to the pool. Renovations were supposed to start the following day. Nope, grinding and drilling was happening while we were at the pool. I decided to go to the casino because I couldn't take it.

The dealers had no personality, the bar attendant was not much better, and the more I saw it, this was just a place that wants your money.

I immediately returned to my family and told my wife. We booked another hotel for the next day. Luckily the front desk person got permission to Vance the following day but damn, this was a huge let down.

Twin Arrows seemed like it was going to be fun based on their website but it's not. This place doesn't have any personality, it's a sad quiet place. Go elsewhere.

Looking forward to stopping here since we left Rochester 3 days ago. The whole drive discussing our casino stop for the night... what were going to do with the money we win, our favorite slots from our last trip before Covid and how happy we are that bs is over with...

As soon as we walked in the door to check in, we were told to put on a mask.

      We just walked out!!!

Now, to find a place in Flagstaff to spend the night after 13 hours of driving to get to the casino.

Absolutely NOT going backward to mask nazi life. The money they must be losing...unbelievable.
