They found my clothes!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you use any service like this make a list of clothes that you send to them so they can easily find them. They have been looking for half of my clothes for two weeks. New employee.

This was a really strange experience, and they still have one of my favorite dresses. Tumble, if you're reading this please give it back. I had to call numerous time for an invoice that I wanted to pay and never received it. Honestly, if they'd just return my dress we can move on, but they aren't picking up when I call, and don't call back. It's been six months, I believe, since i placed this order. What a nightmare! I give them one star for getting me most of my clothes. I'm still completely willing to pay them if they return my call, send me that invoice, and return my dress.

I called in to have my dad's laundry picked up & was told to fill out some online forms & I don't have their online website...this is something that could've been done over the phone so I'll take my business elsewhere. It's that simple.

I was recently in Portland without access to laundry facilities. I was so relieved to find a contactless service - because I was kind of freaked out about COVID. Turns out it was so convenient. They picked up my laundry basket exactly when I requested online and returned it SO fast (for a little extra charge). I really needed help getting fresh laundry fast, and TumblePDX was easy, and super professional. Highly recommend!

Service was awesome. I had 6 bags of laundry including my bedding. Pick up with prompt. Great communications. Drop off was also very accommodating. I left my ID and card in one of my pants pockets which they picked up and they were able to drop it back off with my clothes way earlier than expected time. Clothes were nicely packaged and folded. They definitely went above and beyond and I am very happy with the service. Highly would recommend and use again! Thank you!

Great folks at TumblePDX with a wonderful service. They are prompt, tech-driven (so very easy to communicate with) and deliver a clean, soft and beautifully folded laundry. Whether you simply don't have time or are out of a washer/dryer momentarily, this is the company and these are the guys you want to work with.

My washer and dryer died in the same week. As a busy mother of three kids I was freaking out about how to get our laundry done until I could get everything sorted out. My best friend in California found TumblePDX and sent me a gift certificate. A representative called me directly to explain the service and set up a pick up time. They whisked my clothes away and returned them washed, dried, and folded. I felt like a queen! I highly recommend TumblePDX. And it makes a great gift!!!

Really quick and professional. Needed to get a few items dry cleaned and never had time to take them to a cleaners. Found them via Yelp and there was a deal, awesome!!! Picked up my items and a day or so later dropped them off making sure I was going to be home, on a Saturday!! Definitely would recommend, items turned out wonderfully and the weird random spot on the front of my dress was gone! Will be using again!

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Their online scheduling program is faulty at best. I was contacted by the business to reschedule a pickup and told to leave my clothing out and they would pick it up. I understand the risks involved in leaving bags out on a covered porch, but it was within 30 min of when they were meant to be picked up. I came home, bags were gone, and I figured all was well. I got a text the following Monday, days later, that the pickup had never happened. They never thought to contact me on the scheduled day to let me know it hadn't happened. Presumably my clothes were stolen, and because it wasn't technically in their possession according to them, they can't help me. Of course I have no proof they didn't pick it up aside from notice days later. Now my clothes are gone. It's not even a bad neighborhood. Do yourself a favor: use someone else!
