My husband and I had a very good experience that day. Mr. Perez was very nice and took his time to help answer all of our questions and explain things to us while training a young lady named Jaime, who also smiled and seemed nice.

Early is the key word here. Get there early. I was first in line at 7 am. By 9 am when doors opened there were 12-15 more people. By 9:30 when I walked out those first people were largely in the building while another 12 - 15 people stood outside, some in the sun.
Once in, the person who helped me was kind, helpful and efficient.
Everything I hoped to accomplish was done plus a little above and beyond.
Masks are required.
As aforementioned they do not let everyone in the building even if there is room as some Covid protocols are still in place.
Calling social security was a whole different ball game :/
Walk in and be helped :)
You can trust me, I took this advice straight from an employee once I finally got one who didn't transfer me to a voice mail ;DHelpful 8Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 1 - Rody S.Port St. Lucie, FL4946Jan 28, 2024
Had to take as drag my almost 90 year old mother for whatever kind of review they said that had to make. This place is kind of hard to easily locate by eyesight alone, can almost miss the place unless you pay deep attention to the last street before their parking place entrance. Had to also do first an automatic check in or whatever is that now called. My elder mother is low vision and I'm hard to hear. There was NO OPTION to include both at check in, strange enough when some people can be both at the same time, not to mention if there're two people with different issues that have to come in at the same day. At least the lady met was efficient, quick and effective so haven't had to wait there an entire afternoon like it happened last time few or many years ago. Last is not at all so easy to drive to a set appointment when you can't sleep well at night as damaged your self quite to very bad before in all kind "good, healthy and decent American jobs" found as had no better choice, either for the need to survive or wanted to have a better life than the one you've had before... and apparently for that act alone you've had to be professionally neglected and inhumanly all abused and so treated beyond poorly.. which is truly unjust!

I'm here and is 6:45AM, nobody around the building, that's the idea, the early the better. I don't know if I will going to resolve my issue. Let's see, then I'll give *****

Hard to locate, not identified at the 45 mph roadside. Three stalls open with 40 people waiting. I tried to make an appointment but was denied because my needs weren't on their list of appointment subjects. They said they would mail me what I needed and would receive within 3-5 business days. It's been 11 days, still waiting. By the way, the person I spoke with was working from home. Why?
