Brian M.
Established in 2002. Our pub derives its history from the ancient shores of Ireland. Our Publican Brian McMullan is the grandson of Thomas McMullan who, back in1908, bought Glenarm's 'Farmer's Hotel' from Mr Thomas Charles for 780 Pounds. For this price he not only got the pub, but also Mr Charles' horses and undertaking business. Therein began the publican dynasty, the fruits of which you see here today. So, from the family's early beginnings in farming, we moved into the pub business, never mind running the only taxi service and post office in town. The pub was renowned for their traditional pints and food thanks to the fresh produce from the farm, fresh salmon from the Antrim River and an abundance of locally caught seafood. And so for generations, we have provided ourselves on serving wholesome food to compliment the pouring of a perfect pint. Around the pub find many artifacts from our old pubs, old photographs of the family & friends and of course be sure to enjoy our old family recipes.

I stopped by here with my cousins and my niece, who's visiting from Europe. None of us have been here before. We were pleasantly surprised. Our server Brian was so attentive and nice.
It's an early Sunday night around 6:30 pm, and it was a little busy already. The place was quite big but laid back, chill, and casual atmosphere.
We order half size Irish nachos, which it was huge for the four of us to share. My niece and I each had fish and chips for our entrees, and my cousins had meat pies. In addition to the beer that we enjoyed, the food as a whole was quite tasty. Everything came out hot and fresh.
Overall, 5/5. We will be going back there again.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Michala I.Antelope, CA82186Mar 28, 2024
Love the atmosphere and has friendly staff.
But the star of the show for me is the hockey curry pie, if you try anything try this, you will not be disappointed, along with the Sausage rolls.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Feb 7, 2024
This place is just wonderful..an escape from reality..step in the door and you get transferred to Ireland..the deco, the food..legit!!
We went for happy hour and only wanted a few bites of food, we got the chicken strips tossed in buffalo sauce and some chips with onion gravy. We also ordered two Smithwicks pints...they were a dollar off for happy hour.
Food was super hot and delicious and the beer was on point!
Check it out...you will not be disappointed!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Mar 19, 2024
I went on St. Pattys day and this place takes me back to Ireland. It feels like you're in Dublin! The wait was 2 hours to get seated, but you can watch the music and get drinks. The service is a bit slow, but if you're not in a rush you can just hangout and relax. Food was decent and they offer everything you'd imagine to get from Ireland. Of course it's not exactly the same. But not bad for Vegas! There's outdoor, indoor and bar seating too. Items ranging from $8-$18 a plate. Come for food, drinks or dessert!

Pros: Best Irish pub in Vegas
Cons: Sometimes hard to get parking right there/have to park across street
Details: Gosh, where do I start? We've been to McMullan's countless times. This is easily the best Irish pub in Vegas and one of my favorite bars in town. Off the strip but worth the short ride. They play football (soccer) games, so a lot of patrons come for that. The Irish whisky collection is unmatched in Vegas. Very good food and lots of options there with very large portions. The service is really awesome. They are Sometimes busy, but that is that. The inside/ambiance has a ton of charm, and they even have a couple extra rooms for a little more privacy if you set up an event. Speaking of events, they do the St. Baldrick's charity every year and raise thousands that goes to childhood cancer research.
Finally, I want to say we have had the privilege of meeting Mr. and Mrs. McMullan and they are wonderful people.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Mar 24, 2017Previous reviewPros: Huge establishment with multiple bars. Lots of events. Great food. Tons of drink options.
Cons: I really have only been there when it is busy so given that it can take a while to get a drink at times. But that is to be expected.
I have been here a few times and two St. Patrick's days in a row. It really reminds me of a giant Midwest or East coast pub. Both St. Patrick's day events have been great and I plan to go there every St. Patrick's day that I am in Las Vegas. Beyond that day, they have a good kitchen with a pretty large menu of tasty food. Tons of alcohol and beer options. I have never been there on random quiet Wednesday night so I cannot speak to that experience but I can say the place has always been fun and worth going to. I believe it to be the best Irish Pub in Las Vegas. - Feb 23, 20241 check-in
This is a nice Irish bar just to hang and chill with friends. They have high tops seating, bar seating, and booths. One exclusive booth is named first class cabin, and the other one was captain's cabin. I went here with some friends on a Friday. They have a solo singer starting around 8 pm. Happy hour ends at 6 pm. We came a little bit after happy hour and left before the live music started. The ambiance was casual. Our server was always passing by and asking if we were ok. He was attentive. The food is typical for bar food. They have a full bar, plenty selections for tap bar. I like it that they arrange their beer menu from the darkest which is Guinness to the lightest beers ie cider and high moon. We ordered fish and chips to share. They have a pretty decent amount of fries that came with the fish.

Had plans with family in the area and had a few hours before meeting up so we stopped in to McMullan's on a Friday evening to grab a drink. Place was busy however staff were able to clear some tables and get us seated right away. Love the Irish pub them, just makes the experience that much better. Saw the fish and chips go by and we ordered that due to the size. Service was excellent and they passed by the tables often. As we had finished and getting ready to leave they had a guy setting up for live music. Due to our time restraint we were unable to catch the live music. Will definitely return for food, drinks, and music. Oh and ordered the bowl of clam chowder, which was also delicious. Guinness was delicious, blue moon seemed less hoppy than normal, however have never had blue moon on tap before and had the Irish coffee which was good. Highly recommend.

I've visited this place a few times, and overall, I've had good experiences. The fish and chips were spot-on---perfectly cooked, and the portion size of fries was generous. During happy hour, I ordered the lemon pepper wings, which were huge and delicious. But when I ordered more wings to-go, they were disappointingly small, showing inconsistency. Additionally, the blue cheese dip was runny, which wasn't enjoyable. On a positive note, I did like their corned beef and cabbage dish. Their Reuben sandwich was good too. I haven't had the chance to try their black mussels yet. I'm thinking of ordering that on my next visit.
Great vibe. Fast and friendly service. Excellent spot to unwind with a beer and enjoy a meal.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jan 22, 2024
The biggest takeaway from McMullan's was their options of liquors, whiskey specifically. If you're in the mood for trying some different whiskeys, try cider, and some great beer on tap- then McMullan's is your place to visit. This is a great location for groups, families, and even some solo time because this specific location has a bar and gaming area if you're looking for a more secluded, private time. Then you go through a door, and you find another bar area, high standing tables, and sitting area for families or groups with either music or televisions with the game on!
When we walked in and there was college football playing, so it was loud with some usual customers and what I took their favorite server trying to get their team to win. I opted for a whiskey sour and was intimidated by the whiskey selections, so I stuck with my usual Jameson. My husband tried their beer of the day which was the Blue Moon. Our server was quick, quiet and friendly; but he at least did not make us feel rushed into choosing something so he could walk away.
We decided to taste the McMullan's Irish nachos, Irish sausage rolls, and the Westmeath wings- lemon pepper flavor. The first thing that I want to express is their portions are HUGE! The price you pay for their food is worth it. We ended up getting a fish and chips order to share because we were nearly full of trying their appetizers. The best thing In my opinion were the Irish sausage rolls. They were fresh, tasty, and have a horseradish sauce that makes it all complete! I was not too crazy for their nachos, but their ingredients were fresh and had what typical nachos have. Now the lemon pepper wings, not only were they big, but they were packed of lemon pepper flavor! They were so good and crispy; but I could only eat one because I found the flavor too overwhelming, and it just became saltyyyy! If you have the option, I would maybe ask for lighter toss of the lemon pepper rub so you don't get turned off by them. However, I was able to just scrape the seasoning off and I had no issues with the crunch and freshness of them; so it ended up working out becuase they brought me some ranch!
The fish and chips were tenderrrrr! I don't know if I have had a fish like that; and the chips were some French fries. We were given extra lemon like we asked, and their tartar sauce had a hint of horseradish also which I found was a great surprise! All in all, if I return, I might explore more of their menu, maybe some of their different Irish whiskey, and see if I can maybe find a different whiskey besides my usual Jameson!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 14143296Nov 19, 2023
This is my favorite Irish restaurant in Vegas. I always sit in the bar area and the service is really good. While I have had many dishes here which were great, my review is on the Irish Stew which is great for a cold day when you're craving some comfort food. I did mention to the server (just in case) that I wanted the stew to come out extra temp hot. When it arrived - it indeed was! It comes with some bread, great for dipping. The meat and veggies are chucky but tender and soft. The stew is a good portion and I was full after.
I usually sit either at the bar or at a high top in the bar. Just note though - the bar area is very dark - not much lighting.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1
