TruGreen Lawn Care

They dilute their lawn applications so the weeds don't die and it's not fertilized well. I switched to Shades of Green (after asking the guy with the best lawn in my neighborhood what he used) and the difference is night and day.

I have had the worst service possible! I have called to get my money back, but no.

They sent a technician to service my yard, she took the first tw
o NOT doing the job. He only completed part of the yard due fo the thirty minute per yard timetable he was on. Then they send the fourth person who apologized profusely after seeing how bad the yard looked. I just wanted my money back. Do NOT have this company treat your yard!

I woould have given 5 stars as the service techs were great this past year, however I decied to maintain the yard myself now as im retired and have the time and saving some money would be nice.

I got a call from a rep today trying to talk me out of canceling. He refused to take NO as an answer and I finally told him that I hate high pressure selling, Im canceling, and hung up.

If I ever do hire out this service again, it will not be Trugreen

If I could leave negative stars I would. We have had their service for 3 years. Each year just hoping it would improve. This year after having their service 19 days ago and my lawn is covered in purple weeds. Finally decided to cancel service. Spoke with Diane who started out "ok" but then began to become extremely argumentative when I didn't agree to have a manager come walk my lawn, and became condescending when "explaining" to me how weeds grow. I finally had to tell her I wanted this conversation to be over and to just cancel my service as non of my neighbors had purple flower weeds in their yards and we would be using their lawn service providers. Worst customer service experience I have had in a LONG time!

I would give zero stars if possible. We have had their service in the Lafayette area for over 5 years. This year there is a new service manager, Kevin Baum. Our service has only been completed correctly once this year. After multiple calls, the service changes each time. He stated our 29,000 sq ft area we purchased is a small area around a guesthouse. His employee stated he said with the cost of product, they can't treat the area we contracted to treat. I prepaid unfortunately. The service manager told the employee I could call for a refund. He doesn't return calls or texts. Now, I'm on with the 800 trying to get my money back. We have been with Trugreen in 3 different states for over 25 years with zero issues. The Lafayette branch since Kevin has been in charge is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card if it is not refunded and reporting them to consumer protection under the AG's office.

We have used them for a couple years. This year my husband called about the rates going up again and tried to negotiate. They didn't come to an agreement so he said never mind and hung up. He went with another company. Next thing we know they treat our yard. He calls and tells them thank you for the treatment but we didn't sign up and we don't want their service. Now they are sending us a bill and saying he agreed to the service. When he called about it again they argued that he agreed to their services.
I would not recommend them.
