Food: the best real foods vegan burger from a restaurant EVER. I have had my fair sure and this is it! The Pasadena location is the best but this does the fix too.

Service: Is always pleasant. The servers have consistent, friendly attitudes and even gave my friends small bowls of tomatoes soup because they were still hungry But didn't want another entree.

Ambiance: very cozy, yet causal energy flowing through each establishment. Anyone who wants good eats, are kind and enjoy good company will fit in.

I've been wanting to try True Food Kitchen and when I saw they had a spring tasting event for $35, it was fate! 100% fantastic experience! At first, we thought it was a 3-course meal with three drinks but then when we showed up, they gave us champagne on arrival, and we found out it was a 5-course meal with four drinks! Bring on the deliciousness!

Mediterranean Hummus: 5/5 - Good size appetizer for two people, could easily split between four
Ultimate Pot Roast Beef Dip Sliders: 5/5 - So good! Make sure to put the accompanying au jus sauce on it
Yam and Cheese Bites: 4/5 - Tastes healthy, comes in sandwich form
Teriyaki Remix Bowl with Chicken: 5/5 - Great for lunch, my choice go-to for when I come back
Colossal Chocolate Chunk Cookie and Ice Cream: 5/5 - You could totally just grab this dessert and drinks as a casual stop-in

They have both indoor seating and a patio. It's a good spot for casual dining with healthy offerings. Great customer service and we'll be back!

Ate here on our weekend trip to LA. Bright and airy California casual vibe. The outside is kind of cheesy looking ( my little one thought it was a California pizza kitchen at first). The inside is lovely with lots of space between tables. Our waitress was so sweet and couldn't have been nicer. I loved this menu which was full of healthy light choices. I love that they listed the calories next to each item. We needed a healthy meal on our vacation and this hit the spot.

Tried the homemade chips and edamame guacamole as a starter to share. We all thought it was decent. Prefer regular guacamole but always up for trying something new. I ordered the smoked Gouda turkey burger with kale salad. Really liked it. Others in our group were happy with the tuna and harvest bowls. Walking distance from our hotel, good healthy food, fair price point , and great service made this an overall win for our family during our LA stay.

I had not gone in a while and I usually ordered an amazing salad with dates but it wasn't on the menu anymore. I ordered a lasagna. It was ok. The spinach was hard to chew and it didn't look too appetizing. I had a pink lemonade that was good. I sat at the bar and that was mid day so it could also be part of it. I will have to give it another chance.

Gorgeous, Farm to Table Freshness. The service is superb, the fresh asparagus is bursting with incredible Springtime zesty flavor! The tomato soup and lentil salad are pure deliciousness! The space is magical and location is steps to the beach and promenade

Great service great foods. They have the best burgers in the whole world! So freakin juicy with the most healtiest ingredients to eat! Lots of meat and vegan options to choose from! Melissa was also great too!

Jay was great. We were here with some friends in town from Texas, they were staying in Calabasas so we met them half way here in Santa Monica. We enjoyed great drinks, I had a lavish mid-day steak that just knocked my socks off. I'd pass on the Pineapple Jalapeño margs, we switched to Cadillacs after our first round but really enjoyed the ambiance here at True Food and Jay and the team really made it worthwhile. We'll definitely be back here for more, very soon.

I really liked the sauce that came with my cauliflower, brussels sprouts, etc. salad, not remembering the name at the moment but excellent dressing !

For a gluten free gal - PERFECTION. I haven't had a wrap like brunch item in so long, and it was so refreshing and delicious to be able to order a wrap here!!

Our server was friendly and attentive - the ambiance is also very cute and clean. Our drinks (a tea and a green juice) and food both came out quickly yet were still of great quality.

Although I don't live in Santa Monica, whenever I visit in the future I'll likely try and make it a point to come here :)

One of my favorites places for a delicious and healthy meal! My go to is the squash pasta with added chicken sausage. I brought my boss here on Valentine's Day as we had a late workday! Didn't disappoint!
