This is literally THE BEST health food store I've ever been to! So knowledgeable & helpful! Mr. Herman, his wife & staff are THE BEST! If you're in the area, I'd highly recommend!

I've been blessed by Tri Health in more ways than I can count. They have been my go to source whenever my family or myself have had health problems or for everyday health maintenance. They helped me tremendously through my cancer and numerous surgeries and I can truly say they are the best! Katherine, Rod, and Kim are the true backbone of the store and their professionalism and heartfelt care for everyone has always made it easy to confide in them with whatever I've experienced in my health journey. They have even helped me with my pets and are always gracious in being patient with me. I absolutely believe God puts people in our lives to help us while we are ill to find healing naturally and these three people have been a godsend for me. Herman and Ms. Judy are also the best! You will not find another store with a group of people that are so dedicated to what they do and love what they are doing. THANK YOU TRI HEALTH FOR ALL YOU DO TO HELP US LIVE HEALTHIER LIVES!!!!!

First, I would like to say that the majority of the staff that I have encountered presently and the past have always been very helpful, kind professional, courteous, respectable and knowledgeable about their store products. And they have always provided me with excellent customer service, without any bias.
And, that is why I have supported this store throughout the years and refered several consumers, of all ethics groups, because the above points that I previously mentioned.
However, the store has recently changed under new management and owner. I really miss the service that I use to receive, but don't get me wrong the products their are still some of the best and good quality.
I would like to give a special thanks throughout the years to Mr. Herman, Renee, Paula & Ms. Judy for always trying to assist me without any attitude or discrimination. If it had not been for some of their advice and guidance, I probably might not have remained healthy. God is good!!!
Unfortunately, I have encountered on two occasions an employee an Hispanic lady name Katherine that have been very aggressively rude and yelling at me, disrespectable , very unprofessional and just down right a nasty attitude and voice tone towards me, when I have had an issue or asked for her assistance.
Allegedly this lady obviously has a problem with assisting African American customers at this store in a respectable manner.
Sadly, I had to recently file a complaint and report this lady to the new owner of Tri Health by the Name of Tony P.. He Tony P. the owner of Tri Health said he would look into this matter and talk to his employee.
However, once I reported this lady and her attitude to him, it seemed to me that he was trying to explain to me the reason for Katherine his employee bad behaviour, unprofessionalism and poor customer service skills towards me the customer. I did not get an apology at all!!! Therefore, I informed the owner of Tri Health that I felt has though I was allegedly being discriminated against.
And, that this showed a lack of very poor business ethics and morals. Furthermore, I believe this employee Katherine needs to be retrained on how to provide good Customer Service.
And, the laws in Texas under the Articles for operation of retail businesses and their employees representing them. And, equally the policies of discrimination in the operation of a business in the State of Texas. Going forward, I felt has though, I needed to let the public know of my encounter and how I was treated; otherwise, I would have given at any other time this business a 5 star rating!!!
In conclusion, how you treat your customers and talk to people and your tone means a lot!!! And, in addition, how you handle a situation with the customer or the consumer means a great deal in having and maintaining a successful business with all people, not just certain ethic groups.

I don't think I have ever come to the location and no one was there or it was slow. They do a fine job and be attentive to all customers unlike most of the place on the North side.

The market always has the highest quality products and the staff is very knowledgeable.

SERVICE FROM THE HEART! No Doubt! The entire staff is always eager to serve every customer. I refer people I meet; along with friends and family to Tri-Health who are interested in wholesome, true, & honest wellness for them and their family. There are no shenanigans with Tri-Health. I Thank GOD for them Daily!

Unfortunately, we contracted Covid-19 in July. After a few weeks we recovered; but the virus left some lasting effects that had to be addressed. The IV- Bar which has helped to replenish the nutrition our bodies need has really been effective. I feel amazing! The staff is kind, compassionate, and concerned about the safety of all of their customers. They follow all the CDC guidelines for business in order to do what they are passionate about; and that is caring for people.

The new staff is knowledgeable and friendly. they helped many of my family members get over covid issues.

What the heck am I doing in a vitamin/health store? Well, I've been tipped off by someone about the powers of Curamin.
The great thing about here is the elder gentleman that is here to help you find what you need, he'll explain in educated detail in what you are looking for, why and suggestions.
This store is located in the same parking lot as Pho 21, Tapioca place (I forgot the name, the but one in one of my reviews where I said it smells like butt when you first walk in) and I think a Randall's. When you see a Whataburger as your driving west bound down Fuqua it is there.
$47 for a bottle of Curamin.
Parking never a problem.
Store very clean.
Not a funky medicine type odor when you walk in.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place! I feel very fortunate to have found this place! It was referred by life long friend of mine! I've brought my mom and girlfriend here for the ivy treatments which are amazing and Mrs Katherine is amazing as well !
Any questions I have or concern she has answered and pretty much educated me about it.
And I've literally been around the world and never found a place like this that actually cares about your well being!
And I've never written a review before this my first review ever and this is just my opinion.
Because I don't care what other people write or don't I'll go try it out and verified myself.
I highly recommend this place to everyone I know and meet. Because I believe this is the best place you can go to for health supplements and ivy treatments ...Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
