This place is getting worse and worse , the homeless coming all the time and uses the garage parking and the hall ways as public bathrooms it's completely nasty and gross to see all the mess they leave all over the place , the management don't care to do something to improve the situation, I'm still living here unfortunately because the rent it's getting so high everywhere else but if I could afford another place I would left long time ago ! This place looks like a garbage collector it's disgusting and disappointing!

**Avoid this apartment complex, especially if you are LGBT**
Moving out was the best decision of my life.
Unfriendly, unhelpful, homophobic office staff, "security" who's only job is to put stickers on cars that aren't supposed to be in the parking garage (and never get towed beyond that). The hallways have a constant aroma of piss, both human and animal. Luckily I didn't have roaches in my unit, but I would often see them in boxes and furniture that people would leave inside of the lobby. People constantly parked in the fire lane in the alley so that you can't drive around them to get into the parking garage. Loose pitbulls that have attacked other dogs and people multiple times. Homeless people sleeping in hallways, parking garage, and stairwells. Heroin foil and syringes everywhere. I had multiple people threaten to shoot me, and management did nothing any time I let them know.
The actual apartment isn't too bad, but be prepared for super cheap carpet that is barely tacked. The bathrooms are huge, which is probably the only good thing I can say here, but it's overshadowed by the fact that the water is frequently and randomly shut off with no warning or explanation. Sometimes for over a day at a time. Fire alarms are obnoxious and go off frequently in the middle of the night.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

* response to mgmt statement that Tressa 'didn't live up to [my] expectations.' I was in a tight spot and needed a place to live quickly. I was not allowed to see the unit or the parking structure before I signed. Stupid on my part but I thought 'how bad could it be?' The hallway reeked of garbage. When my vehicle (parked in secure parking) was damaged I was told that none of the 4 security cameras, that should've recorded the incident, we're functional. I could go on. I suppose they're right in saying that it didn't live up to my expectations- but give me a break. The place, in retrospect, kinda felt scammy and like maybe they should be a lil ashamed of what they're doing.

This place is a joke. You cannot get ahold of anyone in the office ever, and when you do, they are no help at all. My kitchen lights have been out for 4 months, no working bathroom fan and no smoke decor. I have spoken to the Maintenance men several times and they never show up when the say they are going to. I have placed a Maintenace request over four months ago and nothing. I am moving out and have already given notice for May because this place is terrible.
The inside of all the hallways are always dirty with food, garage and dog poop. The hallways smell of drugs and the only one elevator works. Do yourself a fovor and dont rent here! ITS BAD!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

These apartments are terrible. By all appearances they seem very nice. Like a really good community. But the office never helps when you have a problem. Whether I email or call no one returns calls no one returns emails. My wash machine broke down. It took seven months to get a response !!! I live on one of the top floors and the elevators are always broken. Now this week the doorhandles to the stairways are broken off. Tell me, what the hell does a person do? There's a lot of drug activity and prostitution. It's not safe. I highly recommend that you do not live there. You will be anxious to move out.

If I could give them less than one star I would I moved in October 14th 2021 I'm currently still here. Back in March 2021 the sprinkler system in the hallway went off flooding part of my apartment along with the apartments around me on my floor when they brought an outside company to come in to deal with the initial water damage like sitting up fans and whatnot they also had to drilled Holes in the Floor and in the wall to make sure it drys out and unfortunately they hit my water line in my wall and that flooded my apartment even further they then had to rip out over half of my carpet they didnt even take the carpet tack straps out of the floor. To make things even better no one has come to my apartment to fix the problem I am still living with half of my carpet ripped out and next month will mark one year since the incident. On top of the carpet issue about 2 months ago my washing machine stopped working mid cycle I was able to get most of the water out but there's still stagnant water in my washing machine I couldn't get out whenever I walked by my washer it smells terrible and I have put in multiple requests for someone to come and fix it with no response back to any of them if I could move out of this place today I would. I do not recommend anybody moving in here. I don't know what to do.

This is the worst place to live in. I am currently living in this place and i don't know how many staffs have been here. Surprisingly enough, none of them are good, i feel like they are there to torture the residents. It doesn't look like they have a manager or someone superior to complain about anything. We complain about the smell from the garbage room that kept us awake related to health issues no response. First of all, they showed us a different room for us to sign the lease and after we sign the papers they put different apartment number and handed out the keys. Then, they told us we will have 2 months of free rental and free garage pass but at the end they told us we need to pay for those. Then, we decided to make appointment to see the manager or ("so called manager").......... they gave us afternoon appointment and when we show up on time they told us our appointment was in the morning ( purposly shutting us down) . I don't know where to complain but if people are cosidering this place make sure you have everything written down. This people doesn't care about the residents at all. So unprofessional, very disrespectful and horrible. They don't even deserve 1/5 rating.

The place's dirty hallways and stairs smell so bad, this place is practically orphaned it looks no-one looks after it. Stay out if you can!!!!

This place is horrible. I thought it was bad with my first review but things get worse. If you can get past the junkies in the hall or outside passed out on the property, or the weekly domestic violence police contacts that your neighbors have, or even get past the fact that your car will be broken into, even though you pay $60 a month for secure parking, there's still the FACT that the management will steal from you. They've randomly added $5 here and $5 there to your rent for no reason that even they can't explain. They've charged us extra garage fees and when we questioned them about it they threaten us with eviction. Since our rent was $60+ dollars high we had to speak with a manager before we paid the rent. It's not our fault she wasn't there when we brought our check down but now you want to evict us for not paying the extra $60 that your trying to steal from us. You even admitted its your fault and apologized but wait! Now we have to pay $100 for legal fees because you started eviction papers a day early?! That's your fault not ours. YOU charged is extra money and weren't tryin to say anything about it. This place is a joke and I'm reporting you to the better business bureau and the county due to your attempted theft. Avoid this place like herpies. Go anywhere else but here. Sleep in your car. It'll be better in the long run. And to add my girlfriend was evicted bevause i brought my service dog over. She even presented them with a letter from the doctor explaining he is a therapy dog and they still evicted
her. We will be talking to a lawyer in regards to this. Just do your family and self a favor and avoid the Stressa tressaHelpful 6Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Nov 9, 2014Previous reviewMy gf and son live here and I'm always here. This place is gross. There are syringe caps in the hall empty dope bags and bloody towels. The stairwells all smell like piss all the time. Maintenance trys hard to be on top of the mess but it has to be hard. The one star is for location and the secure parking. Although when she first moved there the gate on the secure garage was broke, for a month so I don't see how secure that is? The heavy lady in the office is rude, she acts really nice when she is trying to get you,in but once your in she, changes up. The other 2 ladies are super cool. I'd recommend talking to them if your, moving in. And,unless your situation was like my gf and you need to,be in a place quick, then look somewhere else. The advertising is great here too,bit once your here a,month you'll,see what I mean.
