Trading Clothes

Poor customer service. I would not do business with these folks. Take a small hit and donate to Salvation Army.

I had a terrible encounter with some rude woman in the store. Not sure if she was the owner or not... all I know is that she was wound tight and just not a happy person. Not someone who should be in retail, let alone dealing directly with customers. It was my first time in the store and I had brought in some very nice clothes in hopes of consigning there. She was very rude and abrupt with me stating that I needed an appointment and it would be at least 3-4 weeks out. I was so angry! I wasn't mad that I needed an appointment, because I would have happily made one and came back at another time. I was appalled at her demeanor and condescending tone with me. I have never been treated this way before. I will tell everyone I possibly can to steer clear of Trading Clothes!
