We had the pleasure of working with Tracy during the recent sale of my father-in-law's home. In EVERY way, Tracy went above and beyond what would be expected of a realtor. She helped with arranging for trees to be cut, with flowers being planted, with bathrooms being redone, with new lighting and painting and staging. She even went to the house every other day and watered the new plants so they would look amazing. The photography and drone film of the home was spectacular. Absolutely she is the hardest-working realtor on the planet. We would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home in the East Bay.

My wife and I battled the Bay Area housing market for the better part of a year searching for the right house. After several failed attempts with other agents, we contacted Tracy through a family referral. This turned out to be the best decision we made throughout the whole process.

She's an expert on everything East Bay and was able to help find the perfect spot for us based on what we were looking for. We are a three-time repeat customer, as Tracy has helped us buy two homes and sell one, which was only on the market for five days, due to her masterful marketing plan, pre-marketing, and outstanding staging and pictures that also included amazing aerial views via a drone. On the buying side, Tracy knows how to get a deal done, even when working with tight budgets, sweetening offers in low-cost ways that appeal to sellers, and bringing a personal touch with letters to the sellers from both her and the buyers.

Tracy has an innate sense of the market, knows what it takes to close a deal, and also has a great way of working with people - she has an extensive network and we noticed that everyone loves working with her (e.g., other agents, handyman and contractors, various home inspectors). We've learned to trust her judgment and she'd be the first person we call if we'd ever have to buy another home in the area.

We interviewed 4 agents to sell our CA home. Tracy was the only one to offer a team of people to prepare our home for market at no cost to us. While we were in GA looking for a new home, Tracy took it upon herself to have the carpets cleaned and house photographed so we could have it put on the market days after we returned home. She did this before we had signed the official contract; a risk she took on to meet our needs. The day before the home went on the market we had 5 people on our property: 2 gardeners, 2 house cleaners and a stager. All of the other agents had offered us a stack of cards to get these services done.

Tracy was fantastic at helping me get my home on the market quickly. She was a tremendous resource, scheduling painters and a handyman to get the house prepped, bringing in a stager and full marketing campaign within a week. She was a whirlwind! She has such great energy, following up on every lead. She also gave great advice on the marketing strategy, but always made sure I felt in control of making decisions. Once we were under contract, she was consistently on top of all the details--contacting the sellers to make sure we were on schedule every step of the way, no surprises. It was such a relief to be able to rely on her to make sure everything went smoothly. I would be happy to work with her again!

My wife and I needed to sell three very different homes at the same time shortly after the new year. We were also moving well out of the area just before any property was to list. I was a little cynical about the degree to which any agent could make a difference in the selling of a home in Danville. I could not possibly have been more wrong.

Property #1 was our former residence on the high end of the market (nearly 4000 sqft, custom built 5 bedroom home). A nationally, very well known internet discount realtor told us they would list the property for 1.5%, but wouldn't take the listing if we wanted to list for more than $1.7 mil. Tracy was confident we could do much better than that and took care of the additional selling costs of staging and cleaning after we moved out before the listing. Tracy did a great job getting the word out about our place and we had 3 high quality offers well over our list price of $1.78 mil even before the property listed on the MLS!!

Property #2 was a rental single family residence. Tracy recommended a significant upgrade to the kitchens and baths and new paint. She brought in her contractors, did the shopping for appliances and cabinet hardware and lighting. Staging and clean-up by Tracy. What a difference and it all went quickly and smoothly. Our return on our upgrade investment was more than double as predicted by Tracy. We had 6 offers on the day that we began taking offers, all of which were high quality and over the asking price.

Property #3 was my 92 year old mother-in-law's condo in Walnut Creek's Rossmoor senior independent living community. Tracy was great with her. Tracy gave us a number of options to use in getting the property ready for sale. Again, Tracy did a wonderful job pre-marketing the home and staging it. Bottom line: Home sold within a week for over the asking price.
