      They took over an hour for an oil change. I'm very unsatisfied. I had things to do but instead i had to wait over an hour for a job that should've taken 30 minute. I do not plan on going back in the future.

      I love this place! I came into town to visit my nephew and needed a rental car to make a road trip. My nephew told us that Toyota rents vehicles and we were so excited when we called and actually spoke to a human immediately. No long wait times on the phone. No having to go through an app. I deal with Avis, budget, and Hertz every month and have had nightmare experiences with them. Toyota could not have made this transaction anymore easy. We were so happy with the customer service and picking up and dropping off the vehicle was so easy. This is truly the way to go!! Great job Toyota of terre haute. The next time we are in town, I will not hesitate to rent another vehicle from you. That RAV4 rocks and I think it will be our next car when we go to purchase. Our daughter already drives one but I had never had the opportunity to drive it until now. Great vehicle. Great rental prices. Even beat Avis by $25 per day. Just an amazing experience. Thank you

      I recently purchased an FJ Cruiser from Toyota of Terre Haute. Brent was our sales guy and he was great. Super laid back and very patient. We had to drive a couple hours to see the car and we were pushing quitting time when we got there. Everyone was very nice and did not rush us at all. Once we got home there was a small problem with the car, nothing major, but something that needed to be addressed. Tracey, the used care manager went above and beyond to assist me in making everything just right. I have no doubt that if we were not there at closing on a Saturday, it all would have been corrected before we left the lot. I would send everyone I know here to buy a car, if only we were closer. Thanks for helping find my dream car Toyota of Terre Haute!

      Terrible experience here. Went in to talk about a 2023 or used hybrid RAV4. They didnt have any so Bryan Nacke showed me a non hybrid so see if we even liked the RAV4. He remembered he had a 2019 just in on trade they listed but wasnt ready to sell yet so we agreed to come in the next day to see it. He said he would send me photos that night. He did not. He said he would see us at 5:00 the next day and have it ready. Walked in at 5 and he just stood there, didnt even come over until I did and then acted totally caught off guard, as if he forgot already about us seeing the 2019. We talk about it and test drive it. Its filthy and has chips and such. No big deal, used car but he said they would detail it and clean everything up and it will look brand new. So we put a deposit down. The RAV4 was supposed to be ready in a couple days. When we went to look at it and finalize the deal, they had not detailed it. Cleaned it up but it had swirl marks all over it and they damaged the dash taking out a phone holder. After telling them it was fine as long as they put in writing that they would paint correct and buff it and Bryan saying they would, they went back and forth and even old me "new paint wont buff and polish" which I told them promptly was a flat out lie. So then after pushing they said "ok it CAN be but we dont do that". So then tell me you wont, not that you cant. Bryan was yes yes yes yes the whole time and did not deliver on that so we walked away. I think the best decision for my family and I was walking away from this typical car dealership. They lost a sale not only because they would not detail a used car they were asking top dollar for but because the managers and other salesman thought it more important to sit in the office and chuckle about us rather than make the deal. So, simple solution, we will go to Royal South Toyota instead. Waste of time here at Toyota of Terre Haute.

      I reserved a car on Tuesday, called to confirm Friday went to pick it up Saturday was told they did not have my reservation and they did not have any other cars to rent. I was told I would receive a phone call from whom I guessed to be the manager in 10 minutes. I waited in the waiting room for 20 min before deciding to leave. I never received the phone call. This was some of the most unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered.

      Like Andy W. said, a very poor car buying experience.

      Went down for a test drive and met a sales agent who was very nice. When they ran my credit, they told me to come down before they would tell me my buying power.

      When I got down there, the original sales agent got upstaged by this guy in checkered pants who just talked and talked and talked. I was really uncomfortable about this guy stealing the commission from the nicer sales agent, and annoyed at having to go through all this crap.

      When I called and talked to the sales manager over the phone I made him an offer on the car. He assured me he would call me back with a response and he never did.

      When I called back the next week, they had sold the car I made an offer on to one of the staff.

      I don't like being jerked around so I'll go to Indy to buy my car.

      I took my vehicle for a diagnostics check. It was making a clunking noise and steering felt odd. They charged me $110. 1 front shock broke other worn. Asked about all shocks replaced told only need front. After repair vehicle was pulling right. Called immediately,had tires replaced,returned following Monday. They checked vehicle and alignment blamed new tires for pull. I reported pulling before tire replacement. They realigned BR walked me to car and asked how I got the black mark on my bumper. I said I didn't know. Didn't remember it,but must have been there? Drove away,left for a weeks vacation next day. Husband driving we kept hearing loud noise in right front on bumps and wheel pulling to right. Immediately called Service to report the issue. Informed them on drive to TN.Rescheduled a visit following vacation. At appt. I got mechanic to ride ,hard to get noise good, but did reproduce well enough for mech. Him being honest said they "did not R/R right strut mount". I asked why? He said " not recommended by Service BR .". Full strut assemblies are available. Cheaper to buy and install then piecemeal. I then argued with Service Writer we BR about not Installing full replacement. He was mad at mech.Made new appointment. Returned next day to drop off the car. They kept it 4 days driven by 3 different people, called the 4th day and said "couldn't replicate noise ". I was flabbergasted. When dropped off I understood they would replace strut mount. Instead they deprived me of use and abused my vehicle further. My husband finally called and had to agree we pay for part they install free as warranty on their work. So I get it back BR is now removed I'm dealing with the Dept.MgR. He tells me how he put two bolts in my undercarriage plastic protection area and I'm like OK? He assured me went through top to bottom on work performed himself nothing out of place etc. except those two little screws he kindly replaced. TY . Part replaced trying to stay civil after everything. I drive away still pulling right. I drove home unsatisfied and angry. Later that week while driving I began to hear a loud bumping noise. It was increasing. Unsure of how to handle situation. Mentally broken. A few days later I washed my car and I see damage to the right front area. Under my right wheel well the black plastic has a big worn spot 2"wide by 8" Long where something had rubbed. Closer inspection revealed bolts on front right and left missing. I call again speak to Dept MgR. he says bring it back. "GOD HELP ME". I Go back again. HeaD Mechanic looks at damage,missing bolts under my wheel wells. Informs me they never removed any bolts while replacing struts. Ignored question of front rub damage. I asked why ripped strut boots weren't replaced? Not included in repair, only in full strut assembly package. I ask .why didn't they redo entire strut assemblies? His excuse/ blame is on now removed BR Service writer. Did not request full strut assemblies installed. I asked them about the rest of my front end steering assemblies such as ball joints and Pittman arm. Rack and pinion. He said my car didn't have those. Ride over they took my vehicle back into the garage and looked over it top to bottom. Called me into shop ,put me in Drivers seat and rattled something under my hood. Asked if that was the noise I heard I said I wasn't sure,but maybe.? I didn't ask them to show me what was making the noise. They didn't offer to show or offer to tighten it up and me drive to see if the noise stopped. They could have tightened it for integrity's sake. I didn't think to ask them to tighten it or show me it either I was so upset with my treatment by everyone. I returned to the smarmy Dept. MgR. Who assured me everything in their power to help me had been done. I again made another appt to have vehicle test driven two weeks out. At $110 to diagnose right pull. I went to ANDY MOHR INSTEAD, I need new steering rack and link bolt ends, weren't replaced properly after strut work.

      Just leased a new car from here and I am very happy with the help I received from Chuck, the salesman. He was not pushy, was very informative about the Prius I was interested in, and did his best to help me get the car I wanted in the price range I wanted. I do find the whole process of calculating cost/loans a bit odd (they basically gave me the "best" deal they could before running my credit check/loan app, so I suspect that could cause some problems with the cost/payment suddenly changing). While their location is a little bit out of the way for most people, it's really easy to get to, which is a plus. I'll be sure to update after I work with them more on maintenance, but as of now I've found them to be very helpful and I had a great experience with those I worked with.

      Very poor car buying experience. Had a deal arranged and sales manager back out and tried to raise it 4,000 when I went to pay for it.

      Not a good place to buy a car. They must be getting kick backs from a bank because they are not willing to deal. I went in there really interested in buying a used 2012 Camry, and I was going to trade my 03 Corolla. The best they could do was $268 for 72 months for a car that only booked for 16,000. So they were wanting me to pay almost 20,000 for the car and steal my corolla from me. My credit score is 789 so I have no clue where they were coming up with those numbers. In short I went to a better Toyota dealer and got the same car a year newer and fewer miles for much less than that. And they gave me top dollar for my trade. The bottom line is they don't want to sell cars bad enough to deal. All they care about is getting the most for there stuff even if it's not worth it. Plus I wrote a google review and I was contacted by the manger trying to get me to change my review. Go somewhere else.
