About the Business
One Price. Simple. Our goal is to make purchasing a vehicle simple. We do that by doing three things: First, we are committed to giving you all of the information you ask for and any other information you will need to make the best decision possible regarding your purchase. Second, we start by posting our best price up front on every vehicle. As you look around, you will find that each vehicle has a pre-discounted price. And finally, our Product Specialists are not paid on commission, so that means they are not motivated to get you to over spend for a vehicle. Their compensation is based on how many satisfied customers they have each month. Now, doesn't that sound like a simple and good way to do business?

I had such a positive experience buying a used Prius at Toyota of Seattle! I found my dream car on their listings at 5 am, and left a phone message. Robert Gutierrez was absolutely outstanding! He responded at 8:15, including a video of the car. I got there at 9, loved the car and Robert's patient, helpful, no-pressure approach. Carfax and Toyota workshop reports were very useful, the trade-in process was easy, and they processed the paperwork for title and license plates right there.
The insurance process had unexpected glitches and took several hours (I've been overseas and haven't owned a car here for several years), but Robert was not only patient and encouraging but also resourceful, the problem was solved, and I drove my newish car home very happily, delighted the process had gone so smoothly! (And no tricky/sneaky traps, no need to negotiate. I carefully considered but turned down the extended-maintenance insurance.)
Robert went out of his way in weeks afterwards to order owner's manuals for me, and followed up several times to make sure I was happy with the car. It's a wonderful vehicle, running beautifully, a delight to drive, with happy memories of the purchase process!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Chelsea H.Washington, DC657Mar 27, 2024
SLIMY CROOKS!! Absolutely DISGUSTED by the professionalism of this specific location (Seattle, airport way). DO NOT buy a vehicle with them, period. Called yesterday to inquire about availability for any Sienna limited or platinum 2024 AWD models (understanding that these are insanely hard to come by). Spoke with Jason Johnson, he says no, but if anything comes in he would let me know. Today, I receive a call from Jason at 8 AM stating he has a limited model in transit and to arrive sometime in April (as he called it a "unicorn" find and we had to act quick if we wanted it). I have a car lease expiring in June so this was great news, he spoke with my husband about details of the car and my husband started heading to their location to put down a deposit. My husband was stuck in traffic coming from Snohomish county area and arrived around 10:30, once he arrived another person named Fouad Raja meets my husband and says the car has been sold!! It was reported that someone got there before him and that they "don't put holds and it's first come first serve". My husband literally headed there and let Jason know via text around 9 AM that he was on his way, he couldn't have possibly magically shown up. The "Jason" person never showed to meet my husband and "Fouad" proceeded to try and sell us a different car.... WTF. It was completely bait and switch and think they didn't have the car in the first place. Now I see that others have had similar experiences DO NOT BE FOOLED.
What a horrible practice and terrible tactic. Would not recommend any buisness with these scumbags. If they do this to get you in the door then they will definitely screw you with a sale.
This event truthfully occurred and have the phone calls, voicemail and text proof so they can't say I'm not in their "database". This location has NO integrity!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - JR B.Seattle, WA443Jan 29, 2024
Buying a car here can be a rather pleasant experience. Do not expect that pleasant experience to be extended to owning a vehicle you've purchased here. Woe be to you if you bought into an extended relationship. You've been warned.
You'll get the common shake down by finance as you finish your purchase -- like you'd get anywhere else, of course. They might even go out of their way to be kind and make you feel like they care a bit more.
However, the second you sign and the car is yours the veil drops and you get to see what you've actually bought into. If you fell for anything finance was peddling then be prepared to continually have your pockets checked for loose change every time you are forced to deal with Toyota of Seattle.
Promises of an excellent service department are wiped away and you see that they exist as two completely unrelated entities.
Promises made will be completely ignored unless they were codified in writing. Legal? Yeah, sure, still a bad experience. They'll say anything to get you in the car knowing full well you've got no recourse afterwards.
All the salesperson's assurances that they've "set you up with the service department"? Fabrications. The service department has no clue who you are. The service department does not care who you are.
Concerns of getting an appointment? "We have hundreds of bays! It's easy to get an appointment!" Need an appointment? It'll be at least a week and that's if you clear your schedule for them.
"Oh, I understand you bought that item and our website indicates that it comes with a warranty. But that warranty only comes if you buy from Service. If you buy from Sales then that doesn't apply."
Buying a car from here? Felt great!
Owning a car from here? Do not recommend.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my first car, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience thanks to Robert Gutierrez. From the moment I contacted the dealership, Robert's kindness and personable nature put me at ease. He made what can often be a daunting process incredibly enjoyable and easy to understand. His professionalism coupled with his genuine care for my experience helped ensure I got my dream car.
I also want to give a shoutout to Josh in finance for his assistance and humor in navigating the financial aspect of the purchase. His expertise and lighthearted approach made what could have been a stressful process surprisingly smooth and even enjoyable.
Furthermore, I'd like to thank Brian for his hospitality and sportsmanship. The coffee he offered and the friendly banter added a nice touch to the overall experience.
Lastly, I can't forget to mention Blake for his unparalleled knowledge in setting up my car. His attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything was perfect truly made the experience memorable.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at the dealership, and it's all thanks to the exceptional team, especially Robert Gutierrez, who went above and beyond to make buying my first car a truly unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Bikram R.Peachtree Corners, GA012Apr 22, 2024
I recently purchased a Toyota Tundra TRD PRO from Daniel Amaral at Toyota Seattle, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Daniel went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and stress-free purchase process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. What's more, he secured the deal without any markup - a true rarity with TRD Pros! The paperwork was a breeze, and I was driving my new truck off the lot in no time. Kudos to Daniel for his exceptional service and to Toyota Seattle for their transparent and customer-centric approach. If you're in the market for a new Toyota, look no further than Daniel Amaral and the team at Toyota Seattle!

Just wanted to say that I am continually delighted by the quick, informed, and professional service I get bringing my old Prius in for regular servicing at Seattle Toyota (15 years running!). Jay Cross and BJ Smythe are routinely bringing positive energy, knowledgable advice, and accommodating demeanors to their desks. And kudos for hiring Franklin High graduates!!!

Purchasing a new vehicle can be an arduous task although the employees at Toyota of Seattle do what they can to simplify the process and make your new car experience the wonderful event it should be.
In exploring, and then ultimately purchasing a Crown Limited, our sales advisor Robert Gutierrez provided useful information, and took the time to make sure our questions were answered.
At one point during the purchase process, sales manager Starr Wakefield illustrated her management skills effectively, thus allowing us to move forward with the process.
And with Gabriel Guerrero navigating us through the administrative and financial matters, his using clear and an easy-to-understand presentation, we were able make informed decisions and take delivery of our new vehicle.
Bottom line, feel comfortable purchasing your new vehicle from Toyota of SeattleHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Luis R.HI, HI0194Mar 19, 2024
My wife and I were on the hunt for a 2024 4Runner TRD Pro and stumbled upon one at Toyota of Seattle. We called late at night, and Alex was incredibly professional and accommodating, even willing to help us secure the car that very night. Although we couldn't make it until the next day, Alex made sure our purchasing experience was seamless and quick. His knowledge about the 4Runner was impressive, and he even assisted us in setting up the remote start feature through the app! If you're looking to buy a new vehicle, be sure to ask for Alex at Toyota of Seattle.

This dealership epitomizes everything wrong with dealerships and car salesman. Sleazy and clueless. Will never buy a Toyota from this place - and ended up buying another Mazda after my previous one got totaled in a hit and run - even though I really wanted a hybrid SUV. Not worth it!
