Tory Burch

I love this Tory Burch location. I've been here a few times and each time I have had a pleasant and comfortable experience. Most recently, I went in to purchase a pair of heels I had seen online. I called ahead to make sure they had my size in stock and the woman on the phone was very friendly and told me they would hold on to them for two days. The following day I was greeted at the door by Ellie F. and was offered a cold beverage which is always a nice touch. Ellie brought out the shoes I had previously called about. While I was there, I saw other styles that I liked and Ellie was helpful in bringing out various styles, colors and sizes to accommodate me. She was extremely friendly, patient and made this shopping experience an enjoyable one for me. I walked out of the store with a few pair of shoes and feeling like I had just shopped with a friend.

I highly recommend this location to everyone. Never did I feel pushed about making a purchase. The location is small but it has a very good collection of merchandise and all of the associates I have encountered are friendly.

I stopped by on a Thursday night and there were two sales ladies, and one of them greeted me right away. Liked being welcomed without someone hovering over me, especially given how small this store is. That said, it had plenty to browse through and the sales associates offered just the right amount of help and advise when needed (even a drink!). Ended up buying a purse here and the whole experience was great from beginning to end.

Great customer service! The ladies who helped me today were super helpful and very knowledgeable of the Tory Burch line. This store is on the smaller side but has a lovely selection and is nicely laid out.

I love Tory Burch shoes and this store has a great assortment. They looked online for me to check on colors and additional sizes. They definitely went the extra mile.

I am a huge fan of Tory Burch and this store did not disappoint!

The employees are all super nice and I love how there are comfy couches for the bf to sit.

Wish there were more selections though, it helps to ask the associates if they have more styles/colors in the back. Its how I got my beautiful new wallet.

I was there a few days ago w my husband. The sales associates were very attentive. Specially I think her name was janelle. She offered us something to drink while my husband waited on the couch while I shopped for handbags. Janelle offered him a beer while he waited, very nice gesture since it was a very hot day.

I'm very disappointed with the attention or should I say the "lack of attention" I was given. This was the second time I had been treated that way at this location. Perhaps, I was dressed a little casual but I had $$$ to spend. I'll go to Nordstrom's to get my shoes.

This cute boutique, tucked away in a far corner of little w 12th, does not aim to attract mass crowds like the shops on Broadway do. Instead, Tory (or her interior designer) created a homely and personal environment for her customers. The carpeted boutique is divided into two main rooms, one of which you see as you walk in the store, with some clothes on the sides and shoes at the back. The other room is on your left, connected by a corridor, with more clothes and accessories. Interesting layout.

It only took me 6 years of living in the city to realize that heels look good, heels are also for impressing others. Now I want to impress my feet, so I came to the store in search for some comfy flats, with a sprinkle of fashion ;) ok hopefully.

I browsed the modest shoe selection and picked out a pair of snake skin Reva and a pair of golden flowery espadrille. The sales associates were not pushy but one of the them was conveniently next to me when I needed help. She had a british accent and answered any questions I had. When I wanted to switch colors, she was glad to bring out a few more pairs. When it was time to pay, she took my card (and my fnf coupon ) and disappeared into the curtains. Tory knows I don't like to see my card swiped! While there was a glitch with the payment, the sales associate was quick to rectify it.

That was a week ago. It must have been a good shopping experience for me to add this business on Yelp and write about it. I'm still loving my new purchases, and above that I love feeling confident that I'm now cobble stone proof and pot-hole proof. Yes!

Greta service, beautiful shop, and amazing location! The store doors look like you're entering a secret palace. Once you open its full on Tory burch overload! A women's dream! They sell all the handbags, shoes, watches, and clothes that you find online.

The ladies who work there are all super nice and professional! The purses are top notch quality! If you are willing to spend a bit it's worth the money. My favorite are the Fleming collection.

The store also gift wraps your purchase free of charge if you would like. The checkout bags are adorable as well. Everything is perfection!

One of my favorite things about my favorite brand for accessories is that the employees are always very friendly and helpful. They seem to like their job and love their product. I've yet to have a bad experience in any of the four retail store locations I've encountered.

That being said, this was the first location that offered me a beverage while I shopped.

They had things to offer and opinions to share. It was a lovely experience. I went in there to return an online purchase. I ended up making an exchange for something else instead.

I had purchased a Robinson purse online from Tory Burch. The first week I used it the closure broke on the main flap. I decided I would take it into this store on Sunday August 18 since I had another errand to run nearby.

Even though I did not purchase it from them and I did not have a receipt, they were very nice about it. The initial sales associate was very friendly while we waited for another associate or manager to come look at my purse. The associate who took over was Kathryn. She was great - very helpful, extremely nice. They did not have my purse in store, so they were going to send it out to see if it could be fixed and if not, order me a new one free of charge. She told me it would be 5 to 7 weeks since it was an online purchase. I told her it was not a problem.

I received a call and email from Kathryn yesterday (Wednesday August 21) letting me know that they had a brand new replacement purse for me, and I could stop to pick it up at anytime. I picked it up last night while Kathryn was there. She had already checked, but we pulled it out of the bag to look it over anyway. It was perfect since it was brand new.

This is one of the best experiences I have ever had a retailer. I would highly recommend this store.
