Ill give this company zero starts but the minimum is one, and here is the reason why.
Back in April 2023 we bought granite countertops and a series of items rounding $6,000 dollars. we never got the items delivered neither installed.
Reached the company nobody called back.
We found out the company filed for bankruptcy a year ago.
The part that is more frustrating here is that they were still open making sales to customers who they knew they were not be able to deliver or install their items.
Long story short almost three months later,
No countertops and no money back.
just put our claim with the Worcester bankruptcy court where their case is currently open.
Lesson learned, just verify the stay of the company before your purchase any items so this doesn't happen to you.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Steve C.Methuen, MA054Aug 17, 2023
Business has filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy. Drove by today, 8/17/23 and the gates were locked and a big sign saying there was going to be an auction

This company gets a minus 1,000 stars. We put a deposit on a vanity top in March. We had to wait until the vanity came in to have them template the granite. We tried to make an appointment before the end of April but they couldn't fit us in. We called on May 3rd and got a recording that they were temporarily closed until the 3rd. After numerous calls the recording said they would be closed the month of May. It is now 6/6/23 and the message still says closed the month of May but you can send them an email. I had done that in the passed with no response. They have our deposit and we have NO vanity top. They should just change their message to say they are out of business and refund everyone there deposits. Very unhappy customer!!!

Just updating an earlier review with a picture of my completed kitchen. It's making me write an update to the review so here it is, though strangely the system is making it a whole new review.
Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Jan 26, 2021Previous reviewI was concerned after reading the Yelp reviews, but a friend recently used Top Line Granite and highly recommended them so I gave them a call. An appointment was made for a couple days out. I met with Matthew V. who was very helpful. He took me outside to see the granite and quickly understood what I was drawn to so was able to bring me to the slabs I liked best. I made my choice, Matthew said I could wait for the quote or, if I preferred to leave, he would email it to me. I left and received the quote the next day. I emailed Matthew multiple times over the course of the next week with various questions and he always responded right away.
I sent in a down payment and within a week the template guy came out to measure. He called me 30 minutes before arriving and got there well before the end of the 3 hour window I was given. Seven days later the installers came out. The timeframe for their arrival was 11:00-2:00. They called right at 11:00 to say they were delayed and would be there closer to 2:00. They called again an hour or so later to say they were actually on the way and would arrive at 12:45 which they did. I am happy with the installation. The two men put cloth down to protect my floor, they answered my questions, and they cleaned up after themselves, including all the dust created from cutting the opening for the sink.
My only disappointment is there was a lot of sanding being done at the seam and I worried it would damage the granite. In the end the shine was noticeably dimmed by all that sanding but it's in a location where only I am likely to notice if I make it a point to look. I think having a drop in sink and only 2" of granite showing in that area helps hide the dulled granite. I am very happy with the seam which is nearly invisible.
I almost forgot the most important thing - the granite is gorgeous! My counters went from the original gray laminate that came with the house 22 years ago to shiny black gray steel granite. It changed the look of the kitchen from just okay to beautiful in the blink of an eye. I love my oak cabinets and though some people say oak is outdated, too bad - my house my oak! And the black granite looks beautiful against them.
UPDATE #1: I noticed the front of the counter at the seam (the part that goes down in front) bows in. No idea if the sanding did that, too, or if it was something else. Also, a socket (tool) fell on the edge of the counter and took a 1/2" chip out of it. I allegedly have a very strong granite, it's been in three weeks and is already damaged. I know dropping a socket on it was bad luck (it was supposed to be locked into the holder but wasn't), but now I am afraid I have to worry anytime something accidentally falls.
UPDATE #2: I don't think one section of the counter was dull from sanding, I think what I saw was them polishing and so I have no idea why it was dull in that area, but Top Line came back out to shine it up. It did not end up as shiny as the rest of the counter but is an improvement and the location makes it difficult to notice. Also, they repaired the chip at no charge even though it was our mistake and not covered under warranty. It is a one time thing but hugely appreciated. Nobody will ever notice it was chipped. Their great customer service and the repair brings their rating back up to a 5.

I would like to state the customer service skills need to be worked on here. My husband and I showed up and were told remnants were $65sqft. We looked and decided to come back. I went back on my own and talked to someone else who said they were $68sqft. I received a quote for a small island countertop and the sales rep told me it was based on $75sqft. I said you had originally told me it was $65sqft and someone else told me it was $68sqft. She said she could honor the $68sqft and would send me a new quote. Instead, she came back to me in an email stating that she is 100% sure she stated it was $75sqft and that her other employee said he told me it started at $68sqft. The accusatory nature of these comments and the lack of consistency in what I was told led me to do business elsewhere. I found exactly what I needed somewhere else for WAY less than what they wanted to charge for a simple island top. Do yourself a favor and shop around. Don't settle for these guys.

Only giving this place 2 stars because they did have a very wide selection of granite. Went there the other day with my husband. We went there JUST TO LOOK at the slab of granite our contractor had suggested for us. When we walked in we were greeted immediately, which was nice. The gentleman helping us prompted my husband to fill out an inquiry form to which we explained the we did not want to fill out the form because we are going through our contractor and he would be taking care of everything. The sales guy then said he "really needed us to fill out the form." We didn't exactly understand why as we had explained that our contractor was taking care of everything and we were there STRICTLY TO LOOK at the slab. My husband reluctantly filled out the form anyway. We figured when the sales guy calls him (which we know he will even though we said everything is through our contractor) we will ask them to please not call again and/or block the number. We were then lead outside to see our slab. The sales guy showed us a few other options, which was nice. 10 minutes after walking around he asks us, "So which one do you want?" My husband and I both looked at each other surprised as it had been 10 minutes and we hadn't had any time to speak with each other, our contractor, or process anything we had seen. My husband told him exactly that, to which he responded, "Well do you have the measurements? I can come up with a few quotes for you right now." My husband ONCE AGAIN had to advise the sales guy that EVERYTHING IS GOING THROUGH THE CONTRACTOR. I don't know how many times we needed to tell the sales guy that we don't want to be involved directly, we are going through our contractor, he is taking care of everything. It was EXTREMELY IRRITATING. It was as if he didn't listen to us at all. All he was focused on was a sale. When we walked inside he proceeded to ask us about a backsplash and if we needed a sink... Again we stated we were ONLY THERE TO LOOK AT THE SLAB NOTHING ELSE. It was so extremely frustrating and annoying. Needless to say we left after that and Top Line has lost our business. We called our contractor immediately after and advised him we want nothing to do with Top Line.

One star because the experience was awful. First, kudos to the installation guys. They were excellent, respectful, and cleaned up.
The sales rep was terrible and did not give me all the info I needed to make an informed decision. I didn't know how the process worked. So many questions went unanswered and in the end, the fabricators designed pieces that don't flow well through the seam. The two pieces I ordered look like they are from different slabs. They do nothing to appease a customer. My complaints about the negligent sales rep went to the top guy. He just ignored her shoddy work and didn't help me unless I bought a new slab. They suck as a company. I really wish I had come here first. Stay away. There are tons of other small businesses.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sergio M.Centralville, Lowell, MA0207Aug 5, 2021
I'm only leaving this review because one of their associates rear ended me and left the scene, when I tried to dispute this with the office they pretty much told me I was lying and had no proof, must be nice to drive off on someone and get away with that. Anyways I hope y'all go bankrupt and get diabetes.

Excellent experience with this company. All employees were helpful, professional, friendly, very easy to work with and knowledgeable. The stone I selected is gorgeous in my remodeled bathroom. The employees who came to the house, first to template and then to install were excellent and arrived on time and worked efficiently and left the room clean. I highly recommend this business.

We were pushed by Norfolk Kitchen & Bath to go with Top line granite. Wish we hadn't succumbed! our granite is not the best. They don't actually care if you are happy or not. you bought it, you own it. Wouldn't recommend them!! Ripano's is the place to go. Great quality.. not so much at top line.
