On Monday, June 19, 2017 I purchased four dining room chairs from your establishment off of City Ave. The Sales Advisor stated that I would receive the chairs by the end of week. Today is June 30,2017 I still don't have my chairs! The employees are rude and the customer service is horrendous! I will never spend my money with you guys again!!

So recently I took my mother here because we usually get furniture from this establishment. However it took them two weeks to deliver the furniture to my mother after the delivery date that they gave us. She got a couch and love seat and 3 tables and no one made it clear that we had to put the furniture together ourselves. Thank god I was there to help her because how was she supposed to put that together alone.
Also let's not forget. The tables came another week later because no one told us it was damaged until we popped up at the store. Didn't see much going on towards the cleaning for COVID 19 also service is horrible they wouldn't give me a refund in September of 2020 or before that so I'm stuck getting that stuff anyway and thought I could make a different selection but couldn't and now for two and a half months cannot get ahold of anyone there !!!!! So upset about this B.S. . Hopefully there even still in busyness cuz I definitely don't want to lose all my $$$ can someone reply to let me know in case they find out!! Please and Thankyou!.oh also the website is just gone !!WTF???? I smell a lawsuit coming on guys !!

These stores are a rip off do not spend your money here , one phone number for each store really one store closed down took my money and never said they were closing know call or nothing SMH

Don't buy anything from this company. Customer service sucks. They are quick to take your money, but wont answer the phone if there are problems at all. Really? All voice mail boxes full & 1 number for all stores. I think the news media needs to be alerted!!! The people in this company don't care about you once they get their money.

Quick to charge you, tardy on delivery. It's a new story everytime and then you try calling they are nowhere to be found.

Perfect if you plan on buying something that is already on display/in stock. Otherwise, I really have to advise against stepping a single foot in this place, which is a shame because the prices are super low, the furniture that's available is gorgeous, and the people seem nice.
Unfortunately, I disregarded the reviews I'd seen online and decided to go ahead and place an order here. I paid in full and waited for my order to come in... And waited and waited and waited.
We called after the two weeks were up and we were told that the order would be coming in the following Wednesday. Okay. I was a bit peeved because I didn't have anything to sleep on, but whatever. Wednesday came, Wednesday went. Nothing. We went into the store to see what was going on and, again, everyone was super nice. However, it quickly became clear that my order was simply non-existent.
I was told to wait while they checked to see if the order was downstairs, then I was asked to look at other "more expensive and very comfortable" options that they'd be glad to give me in place of my order free of charge. A few minutes later, I received an apology because they had my order but it had gotten "dirty" and couldn't be given to me and I was asked to reconsider accepting the "more expensive and very comfortable" option. A few minutes after it became clear that I didn't want something that quite frankly looked like the cheapest item in the store, I received another apology and was told that they weren't able to get the order in from some guy who ships them out from New York.
So... Why lie to me about the two week wait time and allow me to purchase something they knew they probably couldn't get? I find it hard to believe that enough people accept their alternative offer for them to straight up lie to people on a regular basis, but based on all of their online reviews this is a common practice for them, so.
Seriously though, just tell me you don't know if you can get the fucking mattress and show me other options I might like before I whip out my credit card. Butter me up if you have to so that you can make a sale, but please don't flat out lie to me.
Thankfully, I got a full refund to my credit card the same day I went into the store asking for my order. I went elsewhere the next day and had something I wanted ready to go the following Monday without any hassle.
TL;DR

I recently got a rug for my apartment from this store. They had an amazing selection and my rug was delivered quickly and in great shape! Alan was a pleasure to work with and I will buy again from this store!

I ordered over $6000 in furniture and was told they do not "set up" the furniture, that's an extra charge. I tried to pay for set up and was told to work it out with the delivery people when they got there. They charged me $400 for set up, left my home a complete mess, would not take all the cardboard and styrofoam with them. The plastic covering the mattress had holes in it and the mattress is filthy. The drawers on the storage bed don't close right. Best of all, they scratched my brand new hardwood flooring. Nobody will return my phone calls. No manager is ever available and they refuse to provide me with liability insurance information as is required under state law.

Today's furniture is the WORST company I've ever dealt with in my life. They were supposed to deliver bunk beds to me on Wed of last week. They delivered the wrong bed. Then they were to redeliver the correct bed on Sat. They did a no call no show. They show up yesterday with the correct bed but can't stay to set it up (which I paid for set up AND delivery). Another guy from the company comes out today and half way puts the bed up but then leaves in the middle of putting the bed up and says he doesn't have the right tools. They are located on 191 Roosevelt bvld Phila. I suggest you purchase nothing ever from this store.
