Best experience we have had buying any used vehicle. I would drive the three hours again just to feel like I was being dealt with fairly.

Marty and his Team kept me fishing through Tournament Season Every year. Yearly maintenance was done in a hour or so, they even replaced a tire on my trailer for me while bringing my boat in for routine service. I never had a problem after they service my motor, they even found future issues before they occurred. Pricing was fair and honest. I highly recommend Tim's Ford PowerSports for all your service and sales. They also have an great selection of Can-AMs and pleasure watercraft.

I made an appointment so I could wait for my boat break-in oil change. I drove from Huntsville, Al because the place around where I live wanted me to leave my boat for a week. I took time off from work, drove a considerable distance and gas spent only to arrive and they did not have me in the system. Luckily the mechanics returned from the lake from doing their testing and was able to change the oil. When I made the appointment they quoted me for an oil change of $47.65. However, after doing the oil change the price was $147.50. They did not disclose the labor charge for an oil change. Who charges labor for an oil change? Unlike a car that does get lubed, they didn't even lube the trailer wheels. The said it was a certified mechanic but I never met the mechanic so I have no idea. The ladies in the front office acted as if I was a bother and they could care less I was even there. When I called to complain to the manger about the price, and said I wanted to give them business he referred to my oil change as "not really that much business." I suppose after you make it big, little things like what I need is no longer appreciated. Unless you are going to spend some big bucks, they are not interested at all. take your boat to another reputable dealer that only charges an oil change fee and not labor. Also take it to a place where the mechanic is actually met and you know it is an actual mechanic. And a place where they know how to have customer service and appreciate any and all business even if you came to just buy a boat plug.
