Timepiece Network has been in the Burbank Mall since 1996. Whenever I need a watch, watch batteries, high end pens and pen refills, Timepiece is my go to. The employees here are truly perfectionist when it comes to their craft. Watch battery replacement is typically $10 and only takes around 10-15 minutes. The employees give one on one attention to all customers, and believe me when I say there isn't a watch related question they can't answer. I am proud to say I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years. There is always discount sales going on, and they will work with you crunching the numbers to get you the watch you want. Don't hesitate to ask prices. I appreciate that the owners have assisted me in setting my watches(specifically my g-shock) without hesitation,whenever I've had issues. I truly recommend Timepiece Network.

Art gave me great service fixing my Invicta and then being honest with me about my Gshock. They are going to try, but depending on how bad it is I may need to give it up :-(
I'd rather them be honest then try to sell me something new.

Well Ive taken a couple of my watches there never really had an issue with them it's a shame that's its closed now I must've gone there since they first opened not too many stores left there that have been there as long as they have

Needed a ring sized down. Very reasonable prices, fast service (1 day) and I was even given the excess gold that was removed. They also noticed some other stones on the ring were loose and they took care of it without charging extra.

Will definitely return.

These folks are awesome. True watch professionals, have a great shop and first-rate service and repair capabilities. My Chase Durer UDT needed some TLC. The quality of work and outcome exceeded all of my expectations. And service was prompt and everyone super friendly. Overall, a great experience. Would happily - and will - return.

First off, I am not paid and I am a business man. I got stuck in LA because of an accident . Long story short, I love my Citizen "Blue Angles" watch and want to give it to my grandson to start a tradition in the family. One of my salesman, a watch lover, saw the watch in my briefcase and told me about Timepiece Network. I called them and they seemed to know what they were talking about. I sent them my watch because I can't drive and this is what I found. They are honest. They know more about watches, new and old, than I ever will. They did not overcharge me. They treated me with respect and seemed to know how important it was to me even though I didn't tell them.

I think this was my 3rd time here. These guys know their stuff. They reconditioned my sons Cartier. The work was excellent and they explained everything beyond my satisfaction. I don't write a lot of reviews but this shop is deserving of one. Thanks!
