      12 people waiting today, last time I was here there was 10 people waiting. Only one employee both times, this location is poorly managed and it's a shame because we are happy with the service at both the house and the business.

      In defense of the employees, there are not enough to handle the customer flow. That said I highly recommend an appointment. But with that you will still wait.

      My visit was for an associate who needed equipment exchanged. So I could not get an appointment. I got there with 13 customers waiting. It took them 30 minutes to service just 2. There were 2 agents most times but they'd leave and return. Then seemingly stare at their computer for minutes. Not sure what's happening there but for folks waiting it adds to the frustration.

      This is a very poor way to retain customers let alone get new ones. Horrible / frustrating wait times. Again I don't blame the agents. It's management / corporate.

      Well, I had to return to the same location for another visit to make a payment for a client. I arrived happy to see only a few folks waiting and two at the counter. Two agents working. I put my name into the cue and waited... waited... waited... a FULL HOUR later they were STILL with the same two customers when I walked in.

      Very disappointing that management does nothing to fix this.

      Worse cable ever an even worse Wi-Fi it is the slowest I have ever used! However it's better than the other options! It does buffer a lot, very aggravating!

      Although we've paid spectrum 330.00 per month for several years, they've managed inexplicably and without apologies to disconnect 7 of our 8 telephone lines, in service for more than 45 years.

      We are concurrently filing consumer complaints with US Federal Communications Commission and Calif. Dept. of Justice for FRAUD.

      Subscribers for 45 years with much better providers.

      If I could give 5 negative stars, I would. Spectrum sucks. I only had internet, but they kept raising the price. When it got to $59.99 for 100GB I decided to take action. Unfortunately, I was 3 days into the new billing cycle when I called to disconnect. I am loving TMobile's internet service for $30/month - higher speeds and they say that the price will never be increased. Do yourself a favor and DUMP SPECTRUM. They give zero s***ts about their loyal customers and will continue to increase the cost of substandard services. I'd rather be offline completely than ever be connected to this terrible company again.

      It's no wonder these guys get such bad reviews. They are thieves. I signed up for a promotional offer and paid cash for a brand new phone based on that promotion being honored. I even took screenshots of the valid promotion and verified when purchasing the new iPhone on the phone with the representative that the promotional amount would apply. Later, they did not honor it, and they denied that the promotion was valid, and additionally, wouldn't make it right with a credit of that amount. I would not have bought the product through them had I known they were going to pull this. We have had other problems with Spectrum along the way, and just would not recommend them. Beware!

      This place sucks! Employees romancing customers too damn long with unnecessary chit chat not even pertaining to spectrum while others are waiting! Also a woman's name was called and she was nowhere to be found so I was next in line. Then 15 minutes later she shows up and is helped first! She should have been at end of line! You snooze you lose! Training extremely needed at this place!

      We pay way to much to have millions of reruns on . Then we lose most of our channels we watch because some stupid contract dispute with disney. I'm over it we will be dropping this service . No sense paying for shows wr have seen over and over . And also not getting channels we watch due to something we have no hand in. You will cut our channels but still charge same amount. #RIPOFF.

      at least 2 to 3 even four times a year outages, unreliable Internet. I do not recommend choosing spectrum.

      Dear Spectrum Corporate;

      I am writing this review with a sense of disappointment in your company's in store(Aaron Martinez), customer service(Dane) and scalations team(Nina)recent behavior. As a customer, I had until 05/26/2023 been impressed with your products and services, and great costumer service provided by Kathy in your Palm Springs location but the recent incidents have left a lot to be desired and as a client and with my rights and consumer I demande you to do train your team better, hire people who really want to work for your company, and that this people get discipline. They are making your company look bad! Isn't we invest in values, training, and is always about the costumer?

      The first issue I would like to discuss is the customer service provided by one of your customer service representative, when he didnt offer to pick up my device in your location in Palm Springs stating that in the stores you dont carry the Samsung A14, only have new and folded devices and then reassuring twice that even if I walk-ing to the location will not provide me the device.
      I have had unfortunately to walk-ing to the store due another line that it can only be fix it by coming in, so I did. Thats when I found out that this location had no just one device of the model that i need it, they had quite a few. I was helped by Kathy who to me clearly represented your company proudly and she went above and beyond to provide the service until she found out that I had first to cancel the trade in before she can continue, but she kindly offer me to go back on Monday and it will not take more than 10 min before I walked out of the store with my new device. So here I go on Monday 05/29/23 at 5.50pm to for my surprise there presentative Aaron Martinez who lacked knowledge about the product and clearly wasn't willing to help me. Because he wanted to close the store and according to him it will take more than 45 min to connected my new line,.rwhen the schedule is 9am. This lack of consideration, unproffesionalism, for the customer's time is unacceptable.

      In today's market, customers appreciate and expect transparency and the best costumer service when we are paying for your service even if you offer promotions. In making such a move, the company has failed to train their manager and agents in store and in the phone line. This type of behavior and training and treatment to your costumers does nothing to foster loyalty, and it only pushes customers away.

      Finally, I am compelled to criticize your company's failure to implement ethical business practices. Not only have I seen the company's employees fall short of customer quality at times, but cases of ethically questionable behavior in things like not caring about costumers, and manager backing up their employees even when these ones lie to clients, and making loose money because I dont have my phone.

      In conclusion, I am urging and demanding your company to take action and do something about this big inconvenience. Also please listen to your customers, provide adequate customer service, ensure transparency in information, pricing, and adopt fair and ethical business practices. As a customer, I want to see your company succeed, but at present, this success seems far off.
