Tilly's

Upon walking into Tillys at the Summit, we were promptly greeted but immediately followed throughout the store. Being in retail management for 6 years, I know how to handle suspicious customers. Although, my husband, our two friends and I are nothing close to suspicious. We noticed the short blonde girl following us, and promptly approached the manager Jack about the situation. I refuse to shop at the Tillys in Meadowood Mall due to lack of customer service, and now we won't be returning to this Tillys either. When my husband approached Jack the manager on duty about the situation, the associate circled around the conversation with a smile on her face as if she was entertained. I have never been so offended before. No Tillys in Reno Nevada will ever get my buisness again.

This tillys beats the other one at the meadowood mall. The proximity to the movie theater makes it fun to stop in for a look around before or after a movie. There is also ample parking behind and near the storefront.

The staff is really helpful and they don't act like you are hassling them if you need help with a shoe size or getting something out of the glass case. While I'm not sure of this is true or not, they all seem like they enjoy working here and with each other.

They have so many clothes and retail items to choose from in a wide variety of sizes. I've never gone in here and had them out of my size (size S). They also have awesome guy's clothes and cool kids clothes. If you need a back to school backpack come here!!! They have so many to choose from!

The store can be pretty packed with clothes so if you love big purses like me, bring your small purse in so you dont bump in to anything. The meadowood mall is lame, come to summit instead and come to this tilly's!

I have never heard more rehearsed greetings and salutations in my life. It was like being helped by a heard of robots. All I wanted to do was look around without being bothered but even when I was trying clothes on they wouldn't leave me alone. And then when I was ready to check out all the girl did was ask me questions (would you like to fill out a survey, would you like to enter to win, would you like to smell this, blah blah blah). No!!! I just want to buy my things and get out of this god awful place. Don't go here unless you want to be customer serviced to death!!!
