Three Sons Signature Cuisine

I recently got married and this company was in charge of our event. Primarily, we choose this caterer because they own and operate the St. Anthony Main Event Center next to Tugg's on St. Anthony Main. The venue is an exciting place to get married. Cobblestone streets, old buildings, and city scape that's hard to beat and near the roaring Mississippi. This placed yielded great wedding photos!

First time married couple, so we didn't know anything about how to plan this stuff. They were willing...or should I say eager, to help us every step of the way. In fact, we could've probably just handed over the reigns and laid back. The service during the event was spectacular. The staff was very professional and accommodating.

Instead of having a typical sit down dinner, we had a drinks and hors'deouvres reception. We had stir fry noodles served in a to go box with chopsticks. Sweet potato french fries and canapes were passed around. They also passed around 3 different varieties of cheese cake towards the end of the night. The food kept coming all night long!! Our guests loved it!

I definitely recommend this caterer for their food and service. Also, this venue was amazing!

I was put in charge of a last minute luncheon for the company where I work. Based solely upon Hale L's review of this caterer and the menu I found on their website, I decided to risk everything and give these folks a call. That call was placed on the afternoon of 12/30/10. In that length of time (today being 1/4/11), Three Sons Kitchen was able to meet my every need, up to and including time changes.

Not only was the food well-prepared and delicious, but it was delivered on time and set up neatly and professionally. The gentleman who delivered our meal was very inconspicuous while setting up in the meeting room while the meeting was in progress. Both the quality and the quantity of food that we received for what we paid these folks was unexpected. The last caterer I used brought side dishes of no more than two bites per person. The variety in this lunch buffet was impressive. I will most definitely be using this company for future functions.
