Will it be open during Xmas time?

      A:

Yes as long as Covid protocol allows. Victorian Christmas is something to behold. 3 Forks will be open. Except on their regular day closed: Tuesday.

Amazing wood fired pizza has a great chew and flavor from their fresh ingredients. Once size pizza serves 6 generous slices, so great for two people to split.

      We will eat there again!

Super popular place! We came for lunch at 1ish and there was a line out the door, moved super slowly and took 25 mins. Indoor seating is limited, but ample outdoor seating. Service was a bit messy,
the servers all seemed overwhelmed because it was so busy.
Our food took half an hour to arrive. Only one guy making the pizzas- props to him! We worked up an appetite, and the house salad was a perfect starter. Delicious vinaigrette and the toasted hazelnut was a surprisingly good addition.
The pizzas were okay, the crust was perfectly bubbly and salty, but there wasn't enough red sauce. The toppings seemed hastily thrown on, but oh well it tasted good! Not sure if it's worth the price though, they're very light and not that filling.
Overall, good coffee/pastry selection and light lunch eats, but be prepared to spend a long time waiting! Be warned!

      Food served off the floor...

The chocolate cake was good almost has a hint of coffee, kind workers, and a cute atmosphere.

Unfortunately my first experience there was ruined when I watched one of the pizza guys drop a block of cheese on the floor, mention it to his coworkers, pick the cheese off the floor, run it under water, and then continued to grate it onto already made & cooked pizzas for customers. One of those was mine, $20 for a pizza with some dirty cheese grated on top, just gross.

And the 2-3 coworkers that saw it happen did/said nothing to stop it.

Had the tuna sandwich, it was rlly good with homemade bread but I thought it was slightly overpriced at $18. Service was super nice & friendly. They also have a nice patio which provides a great ambiance when the weather is good!

I'm basing the 5 stars solely on how good that veggie pizza was, oh so delicious! Also, order at counter, find a seat inside or on the patio and enjoy!

We arrived late Saturday to Nevada City, a little bit hungry, so we ordered take out to settle us in our Airbnb. When we picked up our , the ambiance was a total vibe. For two of us, we shared the shiitake mushroom and kale pesto pizza on gluten free crust and the house salad! The ingredients tasted fresh and complimented each other well! It was a good size, if you wanted someone small to eat, as we had leftovers the next day. Looking forward to trying other items on their menu, including the baked goods! Thank you

After a weekend of camping in the rain we decided to end our trip with a sunny brunch at Three Forks Bakery and Brewery before heading home. We knew there was a brewery nearby but didn't know where. After checking yelp, I saw that Three Forks was only 10 minutes away and had several good
      reviews.

Three Forks Bakery and Brewery is located in a small town surrounded by locally own shops. There is limited seating inside and out but if you come at the right time, you're likely to get a seat as people are often coming and going. Our party of 6 and a puppy were able to score outside in the shade. There was a 45 minute wait for sandwiches so we decided to get 4 pizzas (salami, salami and anchovies, meatball and jalepeno and margarita), salad and beer, spritzers and kombucha. The food didn't take long to come
out. We thought the salads were really good as they were fresh, topped with sundried tomatoes, sunflower seeds, almonds and cranberries with a light dressing. The pizzas were all delicious. I enjoyed the meatball and jalepeno as well as the salami. I loved that all crusts were thin and smothered in
      cheese.

Lastly the beer made the perfect pairing with the pizza. I had the Mother's Beach Blonde which was light, smooth and refreshing. I tried my brother's better spritzer which was also good and the kids took down their chocolate milk! I am keeping this spot on our list for the next time we are camping at Scott's Flat!

Came here after the farmers market and it was super busy inside but we snagged some chairs at the bar and decided to eat there and have a drink. They have an outside patio as well but it was pretty hot outside. I got their Vanilla Pure Kombucha which was amazing! It was too vinegary and was refreshing. My fiancé got the oak tree pale ale. They also have water you can help yourself to. We ordered the salami pizza and it was good! I will say that it was pretty oily and the pepperoni was slightly salty. The crust was perfect though and the portion for two people was the perfect amount. The staff was so sweet as well. I can see why this place is so popular!
