      I have gone by twice to look at the available units. I have been greeted by Nicole both times.

      One on a scheduled appointment and one other time as a walk in. Both times, she took her time to provide me with all the information I need and answer any questions I have. I am happy to say that I am seeking housing here. Hopefully move in within the next couple of days or so.

      So far, I like what I see, from curb appeal to that way I have been treated.

      I moved into Thorncroft a few months ago. Nicole was the 1st person I encountered when looking at Thorncroft. She was so accommodating and made sure all my questions were answered. Nicole goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and important. She always has a smile is genuinely pleasant to deal with and works hard to take care of your needs.

      Nicole is super friendly and very courteous. I come to this establishment daily and when I'm greeted by her it's always with a smile and she's very welcoming. Not only does she treat me this way but I've also seen her do the same with other tenants, future tenants and guests. Definitely need more people like this at the forefront especially when being a host. Positive vibes and 5 stars for Nicole.

      I am not a current resident at this apartment complex but I do a lot of business with not only Thorncroft but a lot of the surrounding apartments. Thorncroft Farms is definitely the most clean and friendly out of them all! Nicole in the office is such a gem to work with always helpful and extremely knowledgeable.

      Nicole from the office has been very helpful with any issue we have faced ever since we moved in. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Definitely a place I recommend with a nice neighborhood.

      Hope you like ants!
      Love this apartments location but other than that it sucks. Ran down, poor administration, ANTS EVERYWHERE. Everyone I've talked to in this complex has had serious serious problems with ants/other insects. Check apartments in Amberglen area just down the road. WAY nicer for the same price range.

      Location is great. Office staff at move in were nice and helpful. Apartment itself is ok. I think these were once "luxury" apartments and they still try to claim they are, but my appliances are nearly antiques and work terribly. Like my dishwasher, everything comes out dirty and wet and it leaks like nothing else. My washer is so gross I didn't want to put my clothes in. The apartment has been overpainted so many times the doors make a sucking sound when you open them. All the millwork is super damaged. Oh, and ants, badly, everywhere. You have to use their trash pick up service which only picks up when they feel like it and you can't opt out of the fee. Parking is terrible, not enough spots for the number of tenants. Its fine, I will survive through my lease, but not worth the premium rent I pay, that is for sure.

      Summary:
      - Terrible management, terrible at communicating.
      - Impossible to find evening parking with no solution.
      - Tenants abuse parking if they have garages/car ports, which they don't enforce.

      If you want to play Hunger Games with other tenants for parking this is the place for you. Finding parking after 6pm during weekdays, and after 5pm on weekends is near impossible.

      Details:
      Uncovered parking is first come, first served. There is no system. They may ask your vehicle information, but it doesn't matter. It's not regulated.

      Was told parking was abundant during signing our lease, that was not the case as soon as we settled in. Staff said she used to live near our building a previous year before working with them and never had a problem with parking.

      That was a lie.

      Already had to start parking at their "overflow" parking area which is at the Extended Stay America, you cannot park at streets of Tanasbourne. Last I heard Extended Stay were annoyed their own customers couldn't find parking.

      Consistently after 8pm, you cannot find parking at the apartments or at the hotel. I've brought it to their attention that parking is terrible, yet say they are "working on a solution." Nothing came about to fix this issue. Upon signing the lease, we asked for a carport or garage, we were able to get a garage, but that left 1 of 2 people to desperately find parking in the evening.

      We started noticing the parking situation was much worse.

      They allowed tenant to have multiple cars. We found that one apartment in our building had at minimum 9 vehicles, two garages, and 1 car port. Vehicles that would sit in the same spot for weeks and weeks until the tenant decided they wanted to work on that car in the garage, but they simply swapped the garage car to the uncovered spot.

      Even worse. Tenants abuse having a carport or garage.

      Nothing is regulated, which meant tenants would purposely leave their garages or carports empty and park at an uncovered spot.

      Of course we had to start doing it, and even neighbors we became friends with had to do it as well.

      In the lease it says cars are subject to be towed if it sat in a uncovered spot for more than 3 days. Nothing happened to cars that sat with flat tires, "project cars" that didn't even run for weeks, if not months.

      In the end what was management's resolution?

      Nothing. What a joke of management.

      Even though we had a garage, we asked to continue to be on the wait list for the car port because it was cheaper and we wanted to switch. (~$125 vs ~$35). When a tenant moved out in our building, we were stoked that we might get a car port. We didn't get it not because someone else who was living in our building was ahead of us on the wait list, we didn't get it because a new tenant moved in and got that spot immediately. What's the point of a wait list if you're not going to even honor it.

      Management's priority is out of touch.

      Biweekly on Fridays they bring sub-par, expensive food carts, and management acts like they are being apart of the local community, and complex.

      Let's talk about communication.

      They don't have it. You want to request for something to be fixed? It may have gone to their system, but they don't acknowledge or communicate estimate time of arrival. I don't expect them to have a schedule given to us, but I do expect at minimum an email or text saying they will enter within the next hour or two.

      The next morning after the request they arrived around 7-8am, my roommate finished showering, exited the restroom wrapped in a towel and found them in the living room. The shower isn't quiet. Had we gotten at least an email/text 15 minutes prior we could have avoided this uncomfortable situation. We knew maintenance would come, but we expected communication.

      After they looked at what needed to be fixed they said they'll have to order the part. On the request, it was marked resolved.

      Two days after that incident in evening after being away for the day we discovered our patio door left wide open, and wasn't even aware that maintenance came in.

      STAY AWAY FROM HERE.
