What bothered me was when I called to remake the postponed appointment they wouldn't answer, it would always take me to voicemail. I called them like 7-9 times before they finally answered and I was able to remake the appointment. The day off the appointment they never called to confirm so I called the company to see if they were coming or not, and once again I started having the same problem, every time i called it went to voicemail. I'm sure they do a good job but it bothers me that I can't even get in contact with them.
