Great service and kind staff.. they never disappoint me on my massage and offered great skincare advice. I always return.

I am completely upset with my experience. I can not believe I spent my gift card and other money for this. I shouldn't have tipped the provider either. I'm just appalled by the awkward experience. I did not receive a Deep tissue massage that I paid for. It was barely even a massage at all. I've gotten deep massages from Woodhouse day spa before and other places so i know what i should be receiving. The girl seemed extremely inexperienced. I wasn't provided a robe when I first got there and was rushed into the massage room even though I got there on time. Then after the massage, the provider informed me that she would be waiting outside the door once I'm done getting dressed. I was more than half way done dressing myself when she knocked on the door. I replied "yes, I'll be right out." She then proceeded to open the door and stepped into the room and just stared at me while I was putting on the rest of my clothes. I looked up at her awkwardly and she then walked back out without urgency. Then as I was now rushed, I walked out of the room and she kept telling me she didn't want to rush me, when it was obvious she did. Then she walked me back to the "waiting room" where it then appeared that she was waiting for me to give her a tip. At this point I was just in shock. I went up to pay at the register because I couldn't of got out fast enough. I just would really like to be compensated back, unfortunately I can't get that hour of my life back. Way to start my birthday weekend.

I received a giftcard for Christmas for $400. This covered the head to toe relaxation package plus tip.
All my services were really enjoyable and truly relaxing. I hardly waited in between each service they were very prompt when getting me for the services. All of the girls who provided my services were very nice and professional. I will definitely be back

Carina does my eyebrows and no one else is allowed to. It used to be a chore when I went go to a run of the mill nail shop to get my eyebrows done. But coming to Woodhouse is an experience and a treat, and I delight coming to my appt once a month! This is a full service spa, so most spa needs can be taken care of here. For my birthday, I will try the pedicure, and I'm sure it'll be amazing as well.

Not happy with the services. I booked the black sand body scrub only thinking that it came with the Vici shower because online that's what it says only for it to find out that you have to specify if that's what you want which nowhere online says that so when I had my services today I did not receive the Vici shower which is very disappointing. The girl who checked me in was not very informative. She did not give me options of what drinks they provided she just asked if I wanted water while overhearing other girls and ladies ordering mimosas and tea. She showed me to my locker and just told me that My robe was in there and that was it did not explain it how the locker works did not tell me that there was a form in there that I had to fill out. At check out the girl did not seem to care how my experience was. $ 170 soo not worth it!!

I have had great massage and facial services here. I recently went for a manicure. Though this tech acted like she knew what to do, she clearly is more of a pedi expert. From far away the polish looked fine, but up close it was sloppy, uneven, smudged and didn't cover the whole nail surface. If it had been on my feet I likely would not have noticed.
A sad result for a costly experience.

Planned an entire day and they messed up the scheduling of my services. Nothing they would do about it but send me home. Ladies locker room was a mess. Now I am stuck with gift cards.

This experience was fantastic and Daisy was awesome! Everything offered with the ritual I booked was present this time and this treatment was exactly what I was hoping for. I appreciate the extra steps taken to make sure I was taken care of. I will definitely be back.

The ambience is definitely worth the stay, the beautiful moss artwork, bringing nature into the spa environment augmented the experience. Nina was an absolute delight - will definitely come again

Woodhouse at the quarry was a wonderful treat for our group of three to celebrate my sister's birthday! We all had the hot stone massage and facials after, service was great and location is perfect to spend the day very relaxing atmosphere. Will be back.
