Cozy, warm British pub. Beautiful private dining room for events. A bar area, a heated front and back dining areas, lovely during warm season and cozy during colder months. It’s a hidden gem in the valley. It’s a vibe.

Great Food, Great Service, Great Atmosphere
They have a private room for small parties. My Networking Group hosted a mixer there. They prepared a buffet for us and provided a waitress to take our drink orders. It was perfect. I would definitely book the room again, hang out with friends, and take the family there for lunch. I highly recommend!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Nov 24, 2023
Happy hour 4-6pm! What a great place for drinks and hanging out with friends. Nice variety of food for all your typical British pub cravings. The fish and chips is one of my favorites here. This time we visited during happy hour and ordered the pepperoni pizza which was very average and kid sized. We also ordered a side of truffle fries which can feed a party of 4, came out hot, thin, and crunchy. Just the way I like it. The mixed platter was surprisingly packed with yummy bites, the banger sausages were very flavorful, the chicken tenders were nice and crunchy and the waffle fries just hit the spot!
The pear elixir is one of my favorite drinks here, love the pear sweetness. Pro tip: switch out the absolut pear vodka for Tito's could potentially save you a hangover for the next morning. If you stick with the absolut it has more essence of the pear flavoring which is also great. Lots of beer selections. Server was attentive. Ambiance is quaint love the decor. Outdoor and indoor seating available. Street parking available.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jen E.Santa Monica, CA1468132Apr 3, 2024
I'm not typically one to dish out praise especially via online reviews. However, it's genuinely surprising that I haven't already sung the praises of the White Harte. Tucked away in the heart of the Valley, I have traversed the globe and its taverns, but none quite capture the essence of this establishment.
The credit for its exceptionalism belongs to owners Pierre and Gol. Their dedication transcends business. Their love for the pub and their patrons is the reason they have created this wonderful haven and community. The White Harte doesn't strive to be something it's not; rather, it effortlessly embodies the quintessence of a wonderful pub. If I were to sum it up in one word, it would be 'cozy.' Stepping into the White Harte feels like coming home....Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 7313131Jan 26, 2024

Cute little pub located right on Ventura Blvd.
I'm a fan of their fish n chips and most of all, their cocktails. Absolutely order the Pear Elixir and Hwy 27. I can have countless rounds of both drinks but my wallet says otherwise.
The service is also friendly and they never overdo it which is nice.
I'll definitely be back.Helpful 8Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 1Business owner information

Easily found street parking on a Friday evening but they do have some parking in the rear as well. Didn't have a reservation but were still seated immediately in the back room which only had one other family. It was a nice atmosphere. Had the sausage rolls for an appetizer. They were just ok. Tried the fish and chips for dinner and it was good for a little pub in the valley. Service was excellent as were the drinks, had the Weihenstephan and the watermelon dulce which was so refreshing!

Came here because the place I wanted to go to was closed... never again. The bar smells like urine and the regulars are sleazy old men that don't even try hiding it. Apparently this is normal. Just ask the bartenders. They were asked by the regulars to serve them naked.... Yup. That happened.
