I love this place. The ladies that work here are fantastic. If you want to always feel welcome come here to live. I honestly am grateful to have lived here since I moved to El Paso. Being in the Air Force and moving a lot, this community was the best decision for me. You get what you pay for. Worth the price, for the fact that they are always helpful and happy to assist you in anything. They are pet friendly and always welcome you to bring your pet by. Thank you Joy, Amanda, and Elizabeth for making this place home for me the past two years.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
Do not bypass the reviews, they are very accurate! I moved into the complex in August and I am strongly regretting it! For $840 a month, this place is DISGUSTING. Joy Oliver (the manager that several of these negative reviews mention) is racist & outright disrespectful. I called the front office this morning to ask for the code to the gym. Joy answers my call & begins to lecture me about parking in handicap. I try to explain to her that there were no available parking spaces on the whole street where my apartment is ( around 6 buildings). She proceeded to over talk me & tell me how I should know better than to take a space from a handicap person. I again tried to explain that at the time I parked (around 11 pm) there was NO AVAILABLE PARKING (several other reviews state this issue as well). I told her instead of addressing me, a paying tenant, she should fix the issue & tow the ppl who do not have resident stickers, which are most the cars in the lot then I hung up the the phone call and continued to walk into the gym. I was not going to continue arguing and being yelled at on the phone so I Ended the call to try to deescalate the situation. As i I'm entering the gym Joy enters behind me (she left her office to follow me into the gym & further verbally attack me). At this point I felt attacked an unsafe in my own living environment. I never thought my home would be a hostile living area. She began to yell about how she doesn't appreciate me hanging the phone up and how she is going to terminate my lease. I cannot believe the level of UNPROFESSIONALISM! I have NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE AT A COMPLEX. Joy threatened time terminate my lease over a parking space? (Which several other residents parked in handicap spaces around the area I did & did not receive a warning sticker on their car) I was verbally assaulted & harassed in what is supposed to call my home (which she also threatened to take away from me).I will be contacting my lawyer and Sparrow Living regarding this incident. I thought I was the only person that had a bad experience like this but after reading several reviews I understand why this complex only has a 2.5 rating. Maybe they should consider new management. Oh... and I can't wait to read their reply to this review since Joy is the one who replies I will post actual pictures & a video of my experience on my Instagram & YouTube.

I love this place. I lived here from 2011-2014 now I'm getting ready to pcs. I'm very pleased this was my first apartment. Great staff understanding and helpful. Dog friendly place no weight limit. It's a bit pricey but great location close to many stores and restaurants.

We lived here for almost 2 years (2014/2016), but we terminated our 2nd lease early. I had problems with staff (property manger was always busy and would state that), parking (no enough spaces) and they did not monitor the residence parking with the parking decal/sticker they give you once you sign lease, residence sitting on vehicles that's did not belong to them, trash being left outside on non pick up trash days (did not enforce the garbage fee), loud parties/ stomping (they complex said it had security, but I did not believe that after all the complaint calls we made and had to eventually contact the EPD). And I will not leave out the roaches that we had in apartment #1 they were there for a month or so before problem was handled, instead of moving us to another apartment. This community is NOT military friendly and if you would/ could pay a little more money for something better then I would. I would NOT recommend anyone to live here unless there is a new staff. We also informed corporate office about all the problems we had and they failed to do anything because the office was NOT doing their job in documenting/ reporting anything that we complained about. The WIFI business center usually is out of ink (not in their budget), printer is not working (broken), one computer working period. And I the WIFI doesn't even work properly by the pool or inside the building.
