The Tanning Spot

Got a Groupon to come here for a spray tan. The spray tan was fast and easy to get. Super easy to make an appointment, just called a couple hours in advance. The staff was very nice as well.

Great! I am always happt with my spray tan when I come here. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I signed up for 3 month's membership. Cancelled it mid-may. Came in today, May 30, as my last tanning visit. My lotion was gone. Ok, no big deal I thought. I politely asked to either find my lotion or find a solution. Front desk was new , I haven't seen her before. She called her manager. Manager, in raised voice, said , in summary; it's her day off and she want to get back to her daughter". She deny my rights for service and hang up. What a "lovely customer service" I thought, totally puzzled on attitude given. Well, I , also, came on my day off and wanted to get my tanning session". Instead of looking for a solution I hear bunch of nonsense like contradictory "you trust us with lotion and we keep it" to "we are not responsible for items left with us" to "you forgot you took it with you" to " we don't give free lotion"to "your bottle was extremely empty". Just give me mine so I can get my 8 minutes of tan and be gone. Gone till winter most likely. Thats is all. But no, It started turning into rather ugly one-sided quarrel, so I walked away after I been denied to provide service. I got no service, no lotion, ruined mood. Pretty much I came to look at the tanning booth and went home. Most likely, they probably throw bottle away assuming I wont show up for remaining days.
I hope manager enjoys get time with her daughter completely ruined my day off for no reason. Solution aka small bag of lotion for single session would cost 10$-12$. She did not try to understand I am cool that they throw it away, I just need this particular session to happen. I was NOT asking to replace expensive bottle they throw. It be expired by winter anyway. I needed service which I did not get. Service aka my right to use tanning booth even with or without lotion. Oh, well. Also, one my think, unlimited monthly membership with 3 months minimum contract would cost identical amounts each month. Nope, you are wrong. What was 50$/month promotional deal with 3 months minimum turned into $79.66 , $68.69 and $71.41
. even adding tax to $50 does not solve this mystery.

Everyone there is so nice and they have a great special for new clients where you get one tan for free. They are super knowledgeable about their beds. Their beds are stronger than other places I have visited so be wary.

Been here a few times for the spray tan. Staff have always been nice. Only peeve is the little fan to dry you off after the spray tan. Need a bigger one. My tans have always turned out great but don't have any plans for right after the tan or that night. You look like a oompalumpa. I will go back with Groupon.

What a gem to find this place in the city! Been going to beach bum for years, but found this place on groupon and got a great deal on 2 spray tans and decided to give them a try! I'm glad I did! Awesome! The girls are super nice!

The receptionist was beyond rude. We arrived at 12 pm because we wanted to get in right when the spot opened as we had a reservation soon after. Upon arriving 5 min late to open the door, instead of apologizing that she was late as we had been clearly waiting, she said "i need 5 min" in an extremely condescending and dismissive tone. I asked that since we had been waiting and had plans after if she could possibly get us in sooner since the salon was supposed to have opened 10 Min ago at this point. Instead of apologizing, or being polite in any way, she said "i can take longer if you want me to". Incredibly rude, no apologies. Will not be returning.

My fav. Cheap and easy and close to home! I get a better spray here in the booth than I do getting a custom * (human applied) spray around the corner at sugar and bronze

Great spot for tanning, clean and friendly staff. Finally they open again. They have a great deal for a month with unlimited visits and a great price.
