I am a snowbird and have been patronizing Spa 360 since it opened. I was so disappointed to find it had closed. I thought it was a great place. Does anyone know why they closed? Was it sudden?

I loved this day spa also. I don't know why it closed, especially before Christmas when it would have done well. At least they didn't sell holiday gift certificates and then close. It was lovely inside. Very gracy and the front desk staff was great!

I love this place. I've come here three times. Twice for a face and body massage, with my mom who's 80 years old. The facials were awesome for us both. Erica did my face, and she was great! I forget which female masseuse did our massages, but they were good, too. My mother was in the same room with me getting her body massage. I took away a point only because the room was tiny, and although the masseuses were fantastic, it was a bit claustophobic. I also went to get a mani-pedi recently (Spa pedi was the best!!), and it was done by Lorna who did a very good job and she was so nice! The place itself is really great. You wouldn't expect the inside from the outside. It's extremely clean, and beautifully decorated. I felt transported the moment I walked in...really! The staff there is warm and friendly. What I love best is that there's no gimmicks for contracts or expensive prices. It's a bargain and well worth more. I'll be back soon! FOR SURE! Oh, and special thanks to Agnes...such a nice front counter person who made me feel like we had been friends for years!

I decided to try this place out for a massage. They have some pretty incredible prices. I had tried in the past to get in for a massage and they are usually pretty booked up so I was happy to finally be able to get in.
The front desk was very friendly on the phone when I scheduled. They were also very nice when I came in. I did not have to wait too long for my massage therapist Vicki to come and get me.
The massage was a really good experience. I asked for deep tissue. Before we started she asked me about any areas I wanted to focus on. I thought she was very professional. The massage was very good.
I would definitely recommend this place for a massage. I looked over the menu and in general the prices for everything they offer including skincare and nails are really great as well.Helpful 7Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Aug 3, 2017
Do not come here with expectations of a typical spa experience because you will be dissapointed. The prices are unbeatable and that's what got me and a friend in here to try them out.
Before we even stepped foot in the door we had a pretty bad and annoying experience with the scheduling people. Three of us had planned to come on a Saturday and they booked my two friends at 4pm for massage and my appt was at 5 for a facial. They called me the day before to confirm my 6pm appt. I was very annoyed as I know it was 5. They apparently were completely booked for 5 so I changed my service to a massage to get a 5pm appt. Morning of appt they called my friend and apologized but they needed to move her service to 7 and would give her a discount for the trouble. We decided to just cancel our appts overall and schedule for a different day. They gave us a 10 dollar credit to use off our service due to the scheduling mixup.
So just a friend and I come on a weekday at 7pm for massages: 60 mins for 39 dollars. The building was a former bank and the reception area was very nice. I was given forms to fill out and there were a lot of people waiting around. Shortly after I got my forms my masseuse shouts my name to follow him.
Little things threw me off. The lighting in the room was brighter than what I have experienced at other spas. The chairs and stools were over worn and tattered. These may seem like petty little things but i feel these make a difference in a spa.
The massage overall was nice but he definitely ended it sooner than one hr. we started at 7:05 and he said "all done" at 7:50. I got a cup of water and paid all before my friend was even out of the room.
Again you can't beat the price so as long as you come with expectations of a budget experience you should be fine. I would definitely come back when looking to get a reasonably priced service.Helpful 7Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Rosanne O.Delray Beach, FL128137242Nov 14, 2018Updated review
I have previously left a five star review, as I've been coming here for the past two years at least once a month and I currently had twogift cards that I was looking forward to using. One day I realized they were out of business, website taken down, phone disconnected, and no notice of closing. They left customers without any sort of information. Major red flag. I hope the BBB gets to the bottom of this or some sort of organization, this is not how you do business.
Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Jul 17, 2018Previous reviewFabulous! I was here just a few days ago, and I really wasn't sure what to expect... As I was a long time member at both massage envy and elements spa. But honestly, this place is a lot better than those corporate places. Granted, it doesn't have a super spa feel, but they do have the peaceful music, water falls, candles, and an overall relaxing environment.
I was able to schedule two massages on a Wednesday for Saturday sessions. The receptionist on the phone was really nice and they texted to confirm my appointment the day before. The location is on the intersection of Lawrence Road and Boynton Beach Blvd. The building looks like it maybe at one point in the past was an old bank. The outside of the building is really nothing too special, but it's completely the opposite inside. Inside, there is a soothing environment, it's really clean, and very inviting. My masseuse, as I was there for a one hour massage, I believe his name was Will, did a good job. The massage itself was a relaxing massage and I definitely felt better after. I just wish he would've asked me if there are any areas he would like to focus on a little bit more. There was really no conversation before the massage started. He was nice though, I believe next time I'll probably go in for a deep tissue massage as the relaxing massage, for me, was a little too light.
But I did leave feeling more relaxed and the best part are the prices! It was only $44 for a one hour massage which I know is a whole lot cheaper than massage envy or elements massage. There you'll pay close to 70 or more dollars just for a one hour massage.
I would recommend this place if you're not into those corporate places and I know that I'll definitely be returning. Since I live in the area this'll probably be my go to place. - Michelle R.Lantana, FL3272330Dec 15, 2018

Purchased 5 gift cards at Christmas; have tried numerous times to get 2 appointments for massages at the same time; finally succeeded and went yesterday, at one o'clock (would have preferred later appointments) with Nicollette for my friend and George for me; both 90 minute aromatherapy massages. - Was a little disappointed that the essential oils were not incorporated into the actual massaging; oils were only spilled on a paper towel and positioned so I could breathe in the scents during the "face down" portion of the massage. - George was good; he also showed me a stretch for my hips before I left. - My feet did not touch the ground as I floated out of there!

I had a birthday gift card for a massage, so I decided to set an appointment and do it. I have gotten many massages before, but this was my first time here. I'm upset The front girl who set my apt up didn't warn me to come at least 10 minutes earlier to fill out the paper work, so I lost some time Into my massage.
My massage started out so relaxing and wonderful until I felt extra covered in oil, then in order to message my neck they had to touch my hair with their Oily hands, which upset me besucase I had just washed my hair an hour before arriving.
After about 30 mins into my deep tissue massage, the masseuse started talking to me and conversation lasted until the end of my massage. Which was annoy because I wanted to relax.
Not to mention, I left dripping in oil and with dirty greasy hair. I rather go to another place that lets me relax for what I pay for and not oil me up so much.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 14277281340Dec 12, 2016
Wow what a wonderful find!!! Despise located off of Boynton Beach Blvd. in an old bank as everyone has said. It is GORGEOUS inside and smells wonderful and spa like. The prices are very reasonable and there is no membership to join Mike Massage Envy where this places. There is a fire in the picture someone posted with all the prices. On this visit I had a facial which was way overdue and Gabriella was my highly qualified aesthetician. She was amazing and did a phenomenal job with the extractions which was definitely needed. One of the things that normally bothers me when I get a facial is lying on that hard table. The spot had a table which pushes you up in the correct spots so that your back does not hurt. I think this is the first time I ever fell sleep during a facial. Next time I will take lots of pictures but this is a gem of a place I will definitely be back and will highly recommend! Everything was on point the ambience the service from the moment you walked in the door and the prices. In my case I had a facial for $50 but they start as low as I believe $39. I'll keep you posted because I will be there quite a bit and you should too!!!

I was so pleased while I went for facials and then when I found out it closed down without notice and disconnected website and phone service, I thought that's a pretty sad way to do business.
I have 2 gift cards and not information for getting my money back. HELP! If anyone knows how to get my money back on my two gift cards, please advise.
