I purchased a Bernina from The Sewing Room and Kristen helped me pick out the right model for my needs. She opened the box and pulled everything out, made sure nothing was missing, and explained what everything was. Then I attended the 2 free classes on how to use features of the machine. Those classes were VERY worth my time. I've also visited the adjoining store, the Quilt Basket, many times over the years to purchase fabric and other quilting supplies. I have to be careful or I overspend because they have such wonderful fabrics and patterns. Great stores, wonderful employees!

I purchased a B435 Bernina Sewing Machine 2 months ago. I have used it several times, but yesterday I was at a class and it took 1 hour and 12 minutes for the machine to turn on!!! I called the store and they said to plug it in and it would start. It did but I wasted the class, then I went to the store and they said there was nothing wrong. I asked that if it happened again they would pay for the class, they said NO. So they can't trust the machine and won't fix the problem. I will NO LONGER shop there for any reason
