The Pilates Shoppe

If like Pilates, the teachers are great. Very helpful. Very close to home fast to get there.

My wife really has really enjoyed the classes that she has taken here.

The instructors are great. The studio is beautiful, clean and the people who work there are great.

Small classes and helpful, nice instructors. The price for packages are very reasonable as well.

I'm a big fan of the Pilates Shoppe. The instructors (Jen and Cory) are able to provide challenging classes while able to make accommodations for the range of abilities and injuries in all classes.
There is the Level I class for those of us who are beginners and a more challenging class (that can be modified to meet your needs), so no matter which class I go to, I get what I need. Thanks!!

Cory is the best!! She has tons of energy, plays fun music, and always kicks my buns!!!

I started going to The Pilates Shoppe after an injury about 4 years ago and I absolutely love this place and the instructors- Jen, Cory and Kristen. They each have different style but you get a great workout with each one.

So, I have been wanting to try out this studio for awhile. I signed up first thing Saturday morning and at first the computer said it was open then full then open. I was so confused. I called the studio many times, and no one picked up.

I got there about 20-30 minutes early and I told the instructor my situation. I told her my theory that they shut off class an hour before and that is why it was glitchy, she assured me it shouldn't be a problem. So then at 8:03, about three minutes before class was supposed to start, she told me in front of everyone who had amassed that there was no room for me. So that was a little embarrassing ....

To add insult to injury, I had a free yelp class. She told me she would call me next week to set something up. She gave me perhaps the world's smallest post it to write on, which is probably the reason I still haven't heard from them. I was all ready to use some of my scratch to get a package because the times are convenient and the studio is close to my abode. It is great to offer a free class with a check-in, but it's not so great to reject you in front of ten people and then never follow up.

My wife and I starting going to get in shape for our wedding and have not stopped since. We go 3 to 4 days a week and absolutely love it.
The Pilates Shoppe has a total of 4 A+ instructors all of which are super cool and well versed in Pilates.
If you have never tried reformer Pilates and you are a bit shy about it like I was they also offer private classes and semi privates (2 people). The group classes will hold up to 6 people.
They also offer physical therapy which works hand in hand with the Pilates classes.
I have only had a chance to work with Dr. Tim and he is top notch.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Absolutely love this place. If you want to see your body transformed this is the place to do it. All the instructors are fun and they constantly change up your workouts so you never get bored. Shout out to Cory...Thanks for all the Booty Kicking!!

If you're looking for a super fun, effective and safe work out in South Orange County, this is the place to go! Excellent instructors, great music and an engaging exercise routine that's always different....never boring.. I'm seeing and feeling great results in strength, energy and flexibility. After just three months of coming here twice a week, my Achilles tendon and shoulder pain have been virtually eliminated. I highly recommend The Pilates Shoppe! It's my new happy place!
