Q:
Is there a mini fridge in the suites?
A:
No, not for "personal use". There's just the standard mini fridge full of over priced shots & what not.

Staying during the week this June. Do the cabanas ever get discounted? If I check with the cabana desk late in the day before or the morning of and they aren't sold out for the day? Thanks
A:
Cabanas usually don't get discounted but pricing is cheaper during the M-Th vs Fr-Su. If you gamble a lot your casino host may comp it.

I stayed at the Palazzo on a recent trip for work for 4 days. Make sure you know if you are staying at the Palazzo or the Venetian because they have two different checkins and can be a long walk in between if you end up at the wrong one. You should receive an email from the hotel telling you where you need to go.
The room was very nice and was a suite (I believe every room is a suite) which featured 2 queen beds and a separate downstairs suit area for seating and working. The room good overall, however temperature control was not the best. The bathroom was nice and spacious and had a separate shower and bath.
The gym and pool are in the 3rd floor. The gym is a bit tough to find because you have to go into the canyon ranch spa area and there are no signs. The gym itself was a bit small considering the size of the hotel and was always packed when I went.
My one complaint was the smells, I was in the 40th floor and around 6am or so the air would smell like food cooking, not sure if that was on purpose or just the way it is but was not great.
The size of the rooms are great and the staff was nice. I would give it another try if I had the opportunity.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 4725192321Apr 25, 2024
A friend was the one staying at the Venetian and invited the group to come by to eat a few times. Honestly, I was surprised by the size of the room for the price. The bed was comfy enough from what I could tell and the bathroom was a very nice size. I liked that there was a makeup mirror and vanity area. Our friend enjoyed their stay here, but said they would prefer to stay somewhere else for the price. Especially since you aren't allowed to even use the refrigerator for anything other than medicine or you'll be fined a hefty amount, which is absolutely ridiculous. This is a deal breaker for me ever staying here as well. The casino here is okay as well. I definitely like the casinos in other hotels better.
When it comes to food, be prepared to wait a long time no matter what time of day/night it is. The price for food is definitely what I was expecting from a hotel. The quality for most of it was pretty average, but we all agreed the Quesadilla was definitely the best, especially with the delicious chips it came with. The other items I enjoyed were the Chicken Caesar Salad (very fresh lettuce and the croutons were lovely) and the Yogurt Parfait (would be nice if they added some fruit to this, but otherwise I really liked the granola and flavor of the yogurt). What we would not order again is the breakfast pastries (dry and not much filling), French Toast (the filling was only in one spot and was way too sweet) and the Chicken Pesto Sammich (bread was low quality, there was too much cheese so you couldn't taste the pesto or anything else, chicken was dry).
I would say don't waste your time ordering food from here. You can also stay at a nicer hotel for the same price.Helpful 3Thanks 1Love this 4Oh no 0 - 1059121Apr 21, 2024
Great service but unsanitary.
We called 2 days before our check-in day to request early check-in, as we have a wedding to attend and wanted to get ready in our room. We are aware check-in is at 4 PM but wanted to see if we would get lucky. On the day of, I spoke with Angel, who was professional, courteous, absolutely wonderful, and stated she sees the request, but of course cannot guarantee early check-in. we expressed we understand but just wanted to make sure it was noted on our account. we also asked if our mom's room could be as close to ours as possible because our dad couldn't make the trip and she would be alone. After lunch, we got a text around 2 PM saying our room was ready! Thank you, Angel! Our mom's room was right next to ours with the connecting door !unfortunately, we were asked to arrive early at the wedding and could not check in early but sincerely appreciated Angel & Palazzo's team members' efforts.
We didn't check in until about 9 PM and our room was spacious and tidy. I drew a bath and after I placed my lush bath bomb and bubble bar in, I saw a short piece of black curly hair (like pubic hair). As I looked closer, I found a few more pieces of straight, black short length hair. I was so grateful I didn't get in the tub but highly disappointed. I've stayed at palazzo multiple times and never had this happen before.
The shower was clean, as far as the eye could see. The toiletries were sealed and smelled of white tea and rose. Love it! The lotion was not sealed and appeared to be used (there was a glob underneath the cap). I called house keeping & they quickly brought new lotion, extra toiletries and the dental kit I requested. I honestly didn't feel comfortable staying in the room at that point but it was past 11pm and we didn't want to change hotels because we'd have to wake mom. We also got the room for a steal, $350, because the wedding was at the Las Vegas Country Club and they have some sort of contract. We checked it via the TV in the AM.
Valet is $40, like The Cosmopolitan, but was complimentary! Service was fast, probably because we checked out at 8:30am.
Casino was great, hubby played blackjack & dealer was wonderful! We had a blast!
We didn't dine there given our short stay but there's a Starbucks as juic farm in front of the elevators, which was convenient!
Guests are required to show/scan their room for crowd control. there was a security guard there to ensure only guests who are staying at the Palazzo or let upstairs.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay, but I am concerned about the cleanliness of our room.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Toktam R.Beverly Hills, CA346127149Mar 28, 2024
Ptst ew ew, this is one of the nastiest hotels that I had no choice but to stay and put a smile on my face because my mom taught me sometimes you have to sacrifice for love.. barf ( I realized she is not always right) she admitted it too lol in that one particular case.
Not only had to stay there but also had to be treated like sh too and..... Ptst the time of my life and the places that I stayed.
I don't wish the same for anyone; happy to see anyone get treated nice.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Mar 2, 20244 check-ins
Located in the heart of the strip next to the Venetian, Wynn and across from Treasure Island (as of today March 1, 2024), the Palazzo is a charming spot that in itself has so much going on that you do not really need to leave here to be entertained.
The Casino area isn't worth trying unless you bring at least $5,000 to play with. I like to gamble but will not risk more than $500. Because the blackjack tables were $25, they didn't look appealing to me (for lower level gambling go downtown to El Cortez).
The Palazzo is a part of and connected to the Venetian property. During peak times (3-5pm), an Uber can be expensive to get here even though it is just a 15 minute ride (if no major traffic) and could cost up to $75. When it is slow, that same Uber is around $18-25.
The cost really depends on if you are comped and what day you stay so prices are anywhere from $0-$600/night.
The check in and out process was super quick and reliable. The rooms are clean, spacious and have two nice flat screen TVs, on by the beds and one in the couch area.
The soaps were good though the body wash didn't seem to lather that well. Also, this place loses a star because things like toothbrush, mouthwash & shower caps were not already in the room waiting for me. Also, there was no complimentary water or any sort of welcome note to make me feel special and something that is the norm with 5 Star establishments.
If you need to water, there is a Walgreens not too far if you exit to Las Vegas Blvd from the Venetian. I'd definitely come here again as there is plenty of things to look at and restaurants and shops.
All in all, I had a good time here.Helpful 3Thanks 1Love this 2Oh no 0 - Apr 9, 2024
Hands down. The best hotel I've stayed in Las Vegas. This was my 2nd stay at The Palazzo and it definitely did not disappoint! The suite was very spacious and the view from our room was soo beautiful! The staff were very accommodating. I loved that there's good restaurants around the area! The pool was soo amazing. I love that the pool was heated and it was warm. My kids absolutely loved it! The pool services and refreshments was excellent! Without a doubt I will stay here again!

During our recent stay in Las Vegas, my husband and I wanted to stay in a nice hotel on The Strip, so we chose The Palazzo, the newer and more "swanky" tower of The Venetian. I have always loved The Venetian. There are so many restaurants and shops, and I love the Vegas take on San Marcos Square. The Palazzo has it's own entrance, a small casino floor, a couple shops, two fancier cocktail bars, and a casino bar, as well as a Starbucks and juice bar. Other than that, from what I could tell, they share all other amenities with The Venetian.
Our suite was on the 34th floor. I enjoyed the view of the Sphere, directly from our room. It was like having a show right from our window. Also, we could see mountains in the background. Our suite was quite large and comfortable. We had a bathroom with a large tub and robes, and the bed was comfortable. There was a a small table with chairs by the window, and a sofa with a coffee table, as well as two televisions (not our why this is needed). We had plenty of closet space and drawers to unpack.
I think it was strange in such a nice room, we were given so few bathroom towels and had to request more. Housekeeping did a great job when they came. They came when requested, but when we missed their main morning hours, I thought they might still come around 12 or 1 without being specifically requested, but they did not.
Because The Palazzo has limited shops of their own, I found it much easier to walk into The Venetian to grab coffee in the mornings to avoid the crowd at the bottom of The Palazzo tower waiting for coffee.
We ordered room service one late night and it was actually pretty decent, as I never expect room service to be good.
On a Monday afternoon, I used the pools at The Venetian. They are quite nice, with a few different pools. I was alone at that time, and it was easy enough to find a spot in the sun near the main pool, but as it was pretty crowded for a Monday in March, I think it would probably be difficult to find 3-4 chairs together on a weekend if you wanted to go with friends.
All in all, I absolutely enjoyed my stay at The Palazzo and would return.Helpful 23Thanks 5Love this 20Oh no 1 - Jan 23, 2024Updated review
Since our European vacation was not available this time of year, we opted to stay domestic. Our entire family, including my newlywed, son, and his wife went to Las Vegas for Christmas time! The hotel is beautiful so many restaurants so much great people watching. Our king suite on the 42nd floor was spectacular. We had a large king size bed, a huge sitting room area, excellent view of Vegas. Housekeeping was always available via text. We enjoyed everything in the hotel.
The check-in process was a little difficult as we arrived at about 1145 at night so the next morning our keys didn't work but remedied quite easily with the front desk. All the employees are incredibly helpful and mostly polite. I would come back every time to this hotelHelpful 6Thanks 2Love this 8Oh no 0Jan 13, 2024Previous reviewOur family vacation this year was Christmas in Las Vegas! We all had separate king size room suites with a spectacular view from the 42nd floor of Las Vegas strip. The hotel is spectacular. The lobby is beautifully decorated for the holidays and busy with clients. Very attentive, front valet services as well as concierge services. The gambling casino is right in front of you as you walk in through that up to the express elevators to the 42nd floor. we had plenty of room service if we needed it as well as housekeeping. The bed was extremely comfortable and you are able to sleep because there are room darkening shades. A little on the pricey side, but well worth it if you're gonna spend time in Las Vegas.
