The Massage Spa

This place is Awesome!!! I've been here before, but it has been years. The place and atmosphere is so calming. As soon as you walk in you know that you are in a spa. The people are so friendly and nice.

Nick was fantastic! I stopped in just an hour before closing on Thursday and was able to get a one-hour deep tissue massage. It was a smooth process and he was a very attentive masseuse. I think The Massage Spa is pretty affordable as well compared to other places in the area. I will definitely be back!

Thus is the second time I've had Kiyoko as my masseuse. Her fingers are still just as strong. I like that the same masseuse is available month after month. She did a great job

Looks like they are out of business. Called for an appointment last weekend, and no one answered the phone, so I left a message. As of today, Friday, there has been no return call. Thinking maybe messages get lost, I called again on Thursday morning. Again, was not able to speak with a live person to schedule a massage, so I left another message.
Will change providers, this is too poorly managed or out of business.

First off, the location is convenient on Central and there's plenty of front and side parking by the building. The receptionist was also very nice and checked me in pretty quickly but not right away.

They have good specials running especially on their $20 Tuesday's. I got an express facial for $20 and it lasted just over 30 mins. The price is definitely right but I think next time, I'll upgrade to a deeper clean facial because they just cleanse your face and put a mask. But the basic facial doesn't include extractions. Basically everything that was done, I could've done myself at home. But it feels nice to be pampered by someone else.
Also, I couldn't give this place 5 stars because the esthetician was a bit too rough on my skin. I am used to more gentle touches especially on my face and eye area because the skin is tender and thinner there.

The place was clean and there were a lot of small rooms. It's basically a house that turned into a business. Cute place overall- not sure when I will be back but good to check out!

Any place that offers $20 specials and still gives the spa feel deserves 5 stars!!
My massage therapist's name is alluding me right now but she's from NY and worked my lower back and neck as requested.
I booked my next appointment before I left for a couples massage.
Definitely worth going to!

This place fit me in within 24 hours - that alone deserves applause!
It's off a fairly busy road, and its almost a nondescript building, but once you go inside, its more comfortable.
The service is awesome & the prices are great - win/win!
My massage was 90 minutes and she worked the whole 80 minutes that they allot for a 90 minute. It was very relaxing the entire time - hence a relaxation massage. My only complaint was that I circled my 'problem' areas - one being my calves - and they were barely touched. Overall, I am a happy customer who will be back!

I went today not the best a bit disappointed I've gone for 12 years second complaint. I will go back

I have been to this spa several times and have never had an issue until Monday. I scheduled a 90 minute relaxation/swedish massage after a long week of work travel. My therapist was Naomi and things started off well until the pressure became too much. I had requested medium pressure as I normally do anywhere I get a massage. Having some tender areas Naomi insisted on a digging her fingers into my muscles as her technique and when I complained that is was painful and I was moving around in agony she said it was only a level 3 pressure and not hard at all. This continued for a while and I continued to grunt in pain. I was relaxed when I left but was not prepared for what came next.

48 hours later, I am bruised. In so much pain that it hurts to sit in my car and drive because any time my waist makes contact with the seat, my skin and muscles are on fire. My arms and shoulders are so sore, I regret the moment I scheduled this appointment as it has harmed me more than helped me.

I called yesterday and spoke to a supervisor who lightly apologized and said she would credit me a massage and speak to Naomi, the therapist as well as the owner. I offered to send her pictures of my bruise but she did not seem too concerned with it. I have no desire to return to Massage Spa ever again.

What a wonderful experience! The shop is beautiful, the music was upbeat but relaxing, creating the perfect ambiance. Rosy is a perfectionist and professional. She took her time, mapped my brows, told and showed me everything along the way, and was careful and kind while microblading - very little discomfort. Best of all my eyebrows came out perfect!! Absolutely gorgeous. My brows frame my face perfectly. I am a very satisfied customer.
