Purchased a new travel trailer in June 2012. After numerous issues and continuous trips back to the dealership for repairs under the factory waranty (101 days out of service), we decided to retain an attorney to research the lemon law. Found Doug Law on Yelp and couldn't have been more satisfied. From the first phone call we knew we were in good hands. We submitted all of our paperwork/service invoices over to him and he agreed to work the case at no charge to us, no matter the outcome. Within 30 days the dealership and manufacturer agreed to buy the trailer back from us and issue a check for all payments (monthly, down and registration) we made. All attorney's fees were also paid.

Doug was very responsive to every question/concern we had. Couldn't be happier with the result and his services...top notch.

I had to use Doug a few years back and he did an amazing job on a faulty CVT transmission from Honda.
I now have a problem with my new truck blowing the motor at 18k, Ford agreed to buy it back with no questions, I called Doug's office and they told me they'll take a look at the offer and make sure it looked right, They didn't have to but they did and that means a lot nowadays so when I hear of anyone having Lemon law issues I wouldn't hesitate to give them Doug's number.
All in all I just wanted to let them know what a great team they got there and that I really appreciate their help.

You will spend days calling him by the phone. Never responds.
We asked them to help us to return our broken F150 throught "The Lemon Law". (Car is still under the warranty).
We wasted almost two weeks of communication to Law Office of Douglas, but they did not even fill out the case to the court.
Eventualy Mr. Douglas just gave us a phone call and sad that our case is a bit complicated for him.

Ok, we gave a call to another attorney at the same day. After 10 minutes of speaking with a lawer from another office he decided to take our case and sent us all paper work to sign.

Two week or 10 min to reach same result...

I bought a new 2014 Dodge Durango (I know, who buys a dodge), and shortly after was having engine issues amongst other things. After numerous trips to the service depot at the dealership, I finally gave in to the idea of seeking legal counsel; not a comfortable decision, but one that needed to happen. I quickly found myself in contact with Kristen and Doug Law, the best decision I made since breaking up with my third grade girlfriend. They walked me through the process and were readily available by phone. Foolish to say, I should have expected the promising results from a man with the last name Law, shame on me. Anywho, they were able to get me 100% of my money back and I would highly recommend them to any one who lands a lemon.

These guys are amazing. They are nice, they know the law and are really helpful. Dealing with legal issues is confusing and stressful but at least you can have someone great on your side if you ever need it.

We almost settled to accept the class action lawsuit that was going on for our 2014 Ford Focus when we thought there had to be a better option. What owners would receive was derogatory and a slap in the face for their problems because of Ford's woeful transmission. Thankfully, we found Doug Law and team and it was the best decision we could have made.

Unlike other attorney's I've spoken with you don't get a sense of being rushed with Doug and team. We must have asked 348 questions when it came to Lemon Law, our case etc. and they calmly answered all of them without any sense of "my time is money". We did not pay a single penny out of pocket. Doug was thorough in his questions, ensuring that he had all the facts and from there on it was just smooth sailing.

Ford had to buy back our vehicle, we got our money back and we are absolutely delighted with the outcome. His staff are also responsive and courteous which made things even easier so a special thank you to Kristen and team for that.

I never do Yelp reviews but Doug and his paralegals/assistants Kristen and Jessica deserve it. I had persistent problems with my car and after exploring all options, I decided to go through litigation. Long story short, I settled and received my check in the mail today after having Doug represent me- and it was probably one of the best decisions I have ever made!

Truthfully, litigation is scary and even scarier when hiring a lawyer online that is 8 hours away. However, Doug was very reassuring and very professional and guided me through what was going to be the future litigation process.

They are quite good at replying to emails and giving call backs but not so much for picking up the phones when called. I could only imagine- they must be extremely busy.
There is an initial amount of work on my side that had to be done- scanning documents, replying to the other lawyers' questionnaires... but after that to be honest, it felt like the case took care of itself. For a maximum of 3 hours of work on my side, it was all worth it. They will contact you with direct questions and direct requests for documents so you know exactly what to look for and how to get it.

All in all, this process (for me) took about six months and I could not be happier- though Doug had mentioned it's usually shorter.

I recommend anyone to hire this man and have him look at your case. At this point, Doug Law could be the godfather of my future children! That's how happy I am with this outcome.

So I've been having problems with my car since last year. I've been emailing and calling their offices in hopes they can help me especially with their great Yelp reviews. I guess Mr. Law is so busy he won't take my case. I got a phone call stating that he won't take my case because his workload is too much and is referring me to another lawyer. Really??? I would rather appreciate a reason more in the terms as your case is not valid. Just give it to me straight! So if you want someone to help you with the lemon law don't waste your time with Mr. Law cause he has no time or so he says.

I had a bought a used truck from a dealership that still had warranty (thank goodness). However, the truck had numerous problems from day 1.
