Stayed two nights a few days ago. JIm was a gracious
Host and the Sandpiper a comfortable suite. Weird hours and special diet requests were no problem. No hotel comes even close. Only wished to have been there to enjoy the pool in back yard. Highly recommend.

Perfect. Super cute old house with a pool, very close to all of the Montgomery attractions. The Garden District neighborhood is gorgeous. Jim owns the place and is such a pleasure to be around (he had great activity and dinner suggestions and breakfasts were delicious, including vegetarian meats for us!)
I was there with my husband and our two kids, plus my mother-in-laws, and we had a blast. There are just the two bedrooms each with a king sized bed, a refrigerator, microwave, bathroom, and cable/Apple TV. The kids slept on the floor.
There are also two parlors to hang out in and a fantastic front porch with a porch swing to relax on.

Such an amazing experience for this Newbie from Rhode Island. The food was so good, the room was so comfortable, and the Innkeeper was a true Southern Gentleman, I hated to leave. Do not hesitate to stay here!

Southern hospitality at it's BEST! After residing in the Aloha State of Hawaii for over 12 years, I was skeptical about moving back stateside. The Lattice Inn was the perfect stop for a warm welcome back to mainland America! The accommodations, resources and service were outstanding!!! I truly felt like I was returning home... I walked in as a stranger and departed as a lifetime friend & customer of The Lattice Inn. My 10 year old son wanted to stay longer to enjoy the amenities, delicious breakfast and to play with the cats. Thanks for going above & beyond Jim and making our stay unforgettable & our transition smooth!

This place is a true gem, among the top Bed and Breakfasts ever. Our room felt fancy yet homey, and the bed was incredible. The best part is Jim, the welcoming, helpful, and sweet owner who has a great sense of humor and knowledge of Montgomery. It felt like we came home every day to relax and rejuvenate. The hot tub is private and front porch was a great place to sip some tea and chill. We must return in the summer to enjoy the blooming gardens and pool!
Jim is quick to return emails, email address is on his website.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Erin D.Setauket- East Setauket, NY29732Sep 14, 2014
This will be my second time visiting the lattice inn and I can't wait. Last year I felt as though I was at my grandparents house who I miss very much. Jim is a fabulous host who is always available to help.

I stayed at the Lattice when I was down in Montgomery working on a short-term project. The owner was absolutely amazing and hospitable! The Inn has the feeling of coming "home" with great couches and places to lounge, including a great porch!
The room I stayed in had a King bed that was extremely comfortable, a great flat screen TV, and generally had great decor to make you feel like you were living in a great Southern home!
The pool in the back is great for dipping, especially with those warm summer nights! A friend of mine did yoga on the back deck.
Location: serene and peaceful; felt safe and a nice oasis from the bustling DC (where I am from).

Clean, cute, great value, friendly owners, ideal neighborhood. For about the same price as a hotel, if they've got availability and you've got taste its the obvious choice for where to stay in Montgomery.
