I like this gym. Location, atmosphere is great. It's not too big and that's important for me.
My trainer Adam C is fun to work with. He is punctual, knowledgeable and works hard to help you reach your goals. Rest of the team is friendly and always ready to help.

There aren't enough words to describe how awesome this place is. The trainers are the best advertisement. They challenge but don't overwhelm. The cardio equipment is top notch. You can tell the owner really cares not only about the clients but the staff as well. It's not what you would call cheap but you get so much more than your money's worth. This is the only place to go if you're serious about getting in shape.

This gym is beyond incredible. From their expertise in training to the top notch service they offer to each and every client, I have never seen anything like it. Normally don't post on websites but anything I can do to make sure this gym is recognized as one of the best if not the best, I will. From the owner Mike on down to each and every person that works there, it is best collection of people you could ever ask for. It is an amazing place and anyone you goes there will keep going back.

I've never been the first to review something! Cool! Anyways, this is a great training gym. I went here for about a year when I lived in St. Louis and had a great experience working with Peggy. The owner really cares about his patrons and is involved with setting goals and doing assessments.

The gym has the perfect balance between being supportive and also pushing you really hard. It is a small enough place that you get to know other trainers, gym-goers, and the desk administrators, which is nice.

I would highly recommend this place if you have some fitness goals you need help achieving!
