I've been attending The Firm for 6 months now! These guys are a fantastic team. The gym is clean and the people are always friendly. I've lost 6inches and about 10lbs. I never dread going to workout! They keep it fun, and always introduce new things to switch it up for us. Keep up the good work The Firm KC!

This place was really loud, service was sub par and equipment was okay...I would recommend CityGym for anyone wanting a similar experience. Their training is better priced, the atmosphere is better, the service is amazing and it is in DT KC which is beautiful. I wish I could give it a better review.
