Very disappointed this evening. Normally we meet our friends here because the food is decent as are the prices. Unfortunately this evening was a total bust. We ordered chicken quesadillas and got cheese without chicken. The waitress was less than apologetic and instead looked at her notes to tell us what she thought we ordered. I sent my meal back and 20 minutes later after everyone had finished eating, my meal still hadn't arrived. We weren't offered refills on our drinks nor asked if we wanted them. The kitchen should have been able to turn around a chicken quesadilla in five minutes as an expedited order to make up for the mistake, but they treated it like any other order in the queue. We told the righteous to just remove the meal from the bill and to bring a check.

When the waitress brought the check, she had a chicken quesadilla meal in a takeout container. We had already said we didn't want the meal and we didn't want the takeout.

All in all, we were very disappointed.

Food is always on point, the staff is amazing and the Manager Andrea is so personable and really wants to make your dining experience better. Nice atmosphere to just go grab a good dinner after a long day.

Love this place! They always have excellent food. I love the wings. BEST bloody Mary's around by far. You can put whatever you want in it: A steak and cheese roll, mini slider, steak tip, waffle and more. Highly recommend this place! The staff is so nice and great atmosphere.

After yesterdays lunch I decided not to go here anymore... if I ddi try it again I'd be sure to go when I'm not afraid to complain loud and clear. I was with friends yesaterday so I held back. I got the chicken souvlaki, which was 2 skewers with a skimpy portion of chicken.. maybe 4 ounces. That was over a skimpy bed of rice, there was a tiny salad on the plate and maybe a tablespoon of tzatziki sauce. Really pathetic. Wish I took a picture. There are other dishes here I've had that are not so dissapointing but its very inconsistent. THe first time I came I had a steak tip salad that was awesome. (over a year ago) Had that a second time and it was pathetic, horribe "letuce" salad with few veggies and small portion of tips, no garnish or anything here... its like they take no pride in what they serve. If you go here... good luck!

Yummy -- as always ! Love it scallops are the best -- baby back ribs so goos - and the burgers are so good - the lemon rice soup is to die for !!

Love this restaurant. Excellent food, great drinks, warm and professional staff, family friendly, affordable prices, lots of parking available... can't say enough.
Don't miss this wonderful restaurant!

My friends live over an hour and a half away from us so we decided to find a place to eat in the middle. We found the Draught House by searching around the halfway point. We were there for the first time on Sat 2/12. The food was great! I had the eggplant dish and it was absolutely one of the best I've had outside my Italian family. My wife's dish and both my friends had great dishes also. The waitress was excellent, I never got her name but we were seated near the fireplace at around 1:15 pm. I would recommend this place if you want great food and plenty of it.

Wow...what a delicious "Plain Jane Burger" my recommendation is to order one with fries plus your favorite adult beverage. Don't need to add anything more.

If you're looking for a place to drink a beer and grab a bite to eat this is your spot! Love this place! Amazing staff and the atmosphere is awesome as well!
