      i cannot give him any stars. I puprchased the living social coupon. I scheduled one appt and in the days prior to bringing the car in, I could not get ahold of him, he did not return any of my many phone calls. I was not even sure if he was still in business. I worried he had taken our money and run.

      After contacting Living Social, they suggested to keep calling, which I did. He set up an appt for me on 2/4 at 10am. We showed up at 10. (takes two of you because you need a ride home again). When we returned at 4pm, the car had NOT been touched.

      his excuse was that he made three appts for this day, me being one of them, but other cars just showed up needing jobs so he was overworked and could not fit them all in.

      when we were leaving, we noticed a very unhappy woman. We chatted with her to find that she paid like $159 for her car to be detailed. She called in just the night before. He let her bring her car in. He did detail it. not to her satisfaction, but he got to it. I had made an appt at least 6 days prior. Since my car was a living social coupon ($30 value to Roy), i believe he ignored me and worked her in, in my place.

      I would not recommend anyone do business with him for ANY reason. He is dishonest and has no moral compass, in my opinion.

      When we showed up to get our car, he did nothing but make excuses. Lame ones at that. We spent the better part of a day making this happen. Disgusting!!!!

      This place is a joke! I bought a living social coupon and it said interior clean and wax.

      Well the interior was about as clean as what I do once a week, there was dirt in the door jams and the dash was about as dirty as when I dropped it off. The outside was even better, there were water spots all over the hood and what looked like over-spray on several parts of the car so I asked what the over-spray was and he came back with a meguires wax spray bottle and said he didn't mean to miss a spot. REALLY???? A detail shop using Meguires spray wax? What happened to electric buffers and good old elbow grease? I could have used my own spray wax for $6!!!! And to top it off, I had 2 large scratches on my drivers side door. I asked what happened and of course he said that those were there........so in a nut shell, these guys are ripping the public off and a high school cheer leading group could do a better job!

      I purchased two Living Social deals (one for my car and one for my husbands's) for $60 ($120 value). We called at the end of July to set up an appointment and were told that it is the busy season and that the earliest opening they had was August 27th at 9am and noon.

      My husband took his car in at 9 am and was told that it may take until 3 pm for his car. I brought my car in at noon, and we were told that he was busy and that he could only clean one car that day and that it would be ready at 3pm, so we left my car there. We came back at 3pm and my car was still in the same spot. He told us that he was swamped and asked if we could pick it up the next morning. He said that we could leave the other car tomorrow and they would both be done the next day. We were annoyed that we drove all the way when he should have called us.

      We received a call the next morning saying that our car wasn't ready and that he would call us when it was. We called him at 2pm, and he said that our car was next. We went to pick up our car at 6pm (closing) and he was just finishing up. He apologized for the delay and asked what we wanted to do about my husband's car. We said that we could leave it there until Thursday evening (2 more days!), but we needed it by then.

      We went to pick up my husband's car on Thursday before he closed and his car had not been cleaned. He apologized and said he got held up somewhere for 3 hours and couldn't get to our car. He said we could bring it back next week and we would be first on the list. He said that he wouldn't charge us any extra even though my husband had already asked him about an extra fee the first day he took it in and he said there wasn't any. We will not be taking our car back and will be asking for a refund on our voucher from Living Social.

      Not only did we have to wait a month for an appointment, but our appointments were completely dismissed. We were not treated with any courtesy and they wasted our time and money in gas with MANY unnecessary trips. I don't know if we were dismissed because we used the deal voucher, or if this is the way he treats normal customers. I do know that I will NEVER use this place again and would not recommend them to anyone who values their time and money.

      This is long over due and appologize for the delay.

      I traveled last minute up from Silicon Valley CA on a Saturday, driving my pristine black VW. (Just to let you know, I spend a lot of money bi-annually on my paint maintance. Black is a PITA to maintain and I've had it treated well since day 1)
      Anyone who drives the 5 knows that you'll wipe out several populations of California's finest bug population.
      When I arrived to Vancouver I searched for a place that would hand wash my car. Being it was after 3p when I arrived I took my chances and searched Yelp for a decent place.
      Originally I was skeptical of Detail Plus due to the mixed reviews but I took a chance and called. It went to voicemail and I didn't leave a message. The owner called me right back. (great first impression). I explained my situation and asked if he would have time. He noted that he was getting ready to leave, but would stay and help me out.
      I arrived and he was waiting with 'bucket in hand' so to speak. We chatted for a bit and he thought it was going to be a black car, so he showed me a Z4 BMW he had just finished for another customer to subside any worries I would have with my pride and joy. Since I had a ton of bugs that needed removal, he also took the time to explain to me how he was going to remove them (excellent).
      I was only focused on the exterior and noted him to do the same. Of course, traditional PNW weather, it was raining; but that didn't deter him from completing my car as I would have done at home.
      All the bugs were gone, car washed and even spray waxed to prevent any water spots from showing up.

      Being that I am from CA, I would rank him and his shop as good if not better than the ones on my area.
      The review from Shane W, doesn't add up based on my experience.
      I'm a very picky and detailed person with OCD, so my standards are HIGH to say the least.
      I will definatly be returning to him when I visit next.

      I bought a deal through living social for a detail of my truck and called to set up an appointment with Ray the owner. He said he could do a mobile service (even though the deal said they were not allowed) and he could be at my house on Sunday at 10am. At 10:06AM, I received a call from Ray asking to reschedule the appointment to later in the day or tomorrow. I told him it would have been nice to hear from him sooner than 6 minutes after the appt. was scheduled. His said sorry that his truck had been in the shop and he thought it would have been done by now. I then told him we could do it the next day as long as he got there early. He said "No problem, I will be there at 9AM"
      Come the 9:15am the next day, I did not see Ray at my door step NOR did he call. I left him a message on his answering machine telling him he would not have to worry about rescheduling this one and I will be calling later for a full refund. Luckily Living Social has some customer service skills unlike Ray at Details Plus because they apologized and refunded all my money.
      I will never recommend this company to anyone and if he continues to serve customer like he did me I won't have to worry about because he will be out of business soon.

      The Owner is very hard to reach. Doesn't return calls. No voice mail. I finally got an appt. after weeks. So, today I dropped off my car at 9:00 am. I came back to get it at Noon and he didn't even touch it. He said he blew a circuit in the shop and could not do the job. I asked him why he didn't call me to pick up my car? He said he lost my number. What a flake! I think he got overloaded on livingsocial coupon's that he didn't want to do it.

      Unfortunately, I was very unsatisfied with the auto detail on my car. Some items that were left not done: interior front windshield half cleaned, seats were not vacuumed, door panels were not wiped down (shoe scuff marks remained), two small spots on seats were left uncleaned (I was told that he'd just make it worse if he tried to clean them). Phone was never answered the 3 times I called to schedule an appt, and had to drive there to make my initial appt. I was told I'd be met there at 8:30am, but was not until 45 minutes later. When I picked up my auto, I got an earful about how they'd never do a coupon special again, and how terrible the experience was for them. I don't recall ever being this unhappy with auto detail service, and I've never written a review before. Lesson learned - I will better research the company before buying my next coupon deal.

      Reviews are relative and just opinions, but as a guy who only gives reviews for those who do an outstanding job or or to warn others to STAY AWAY, this is a STAY AWAY review.
      Set up an appt. one week in advance; and I confirmed again 3 days before drop off. Dropped the car off at 9:15am. He said he'd spend the entire afternoon on it (so why am I not dropping it off at noon?) At 3pm, he called and said he couldn't get to it and he'd reserve a full day to give an entire detail inside and out for the inconvenience. Dropped it off again 5 days later. An hour and a half after he got it, he called to say it was done? Apparently this is what he calls being done:
      -Washing and Spray waxing
      -Vacuuming the front and middle of the car but ignoring the cargo area.
      -Smudge marks all over the rear hatch window.
      -Product marks all over the dash.
      -Spraying down the car with some nice, fresh-smelling scent.

      So this is what a detail has become? Am I disappointed? Yes!!!
      Give this guy your business at your own risk.
