Feel blessed! Have to share my story and my FIND! The Laundry was one of those that suffered fire earlier this month... they were our reliable wash and fold togo. Bright idea!!! Old reliable Yelp helped me find The Clean Clothes Depot. The reviews on yelp are proven true as usual and after trying my first drop off and pickup, I was so amazed and happy to see how clean and tidy our clothes were done. Clothes were folded exactly how I'd fold mine. But best part is that they were so well arranged.

Dear Management,
Before I dive into the core purpose of my letter, I want you to know how up to date I was satisfied with your employees and the ease of your machines. But sometimes, one bad apple can ruin the experience for the rest.
I'm usually much hesitant when it comes to complaints, but The bad apple I'm referring to made it difficult to cope with her. I am unsure of her name but she stated that she is from Peru, she has long blond hair and light complexion.
Her continuous lack of conduct, which included harassment and discrimination, in front of my daughter makes me feel unsafe and can not see myself entering your place of business again.

Her unprofessionalism was due to some detergent that had spilled and I lacked to notice. The whole time I was there she was like a hawk and or downgrading me to her coworker. I don't mind cleaning up after myself and understand the importance and guidelines but she kept on insisting for me to clean up garbage that wasn't even mine.

Please make a matter of hiring more professional employees.
Also FYI, not sure which one of your two employees it was but they should not be eating while washing and folding clothes. Your customers expect their clothes to be clean and don't think that they would appreciate it if they knew that your employees were eating on or around their clothes.

Excellent service. My clothes are returned clean, nice smelling and very neatly folded.
Everyone is attentive and friendly. Love that I can have my clothes picked up and returned in a few days.

I have been going here for years to have my comforters and blankets cleaned. The girls who work there are usually very sweet but the girl there today was extremely rude. She told me that I needed to put my comforter in a bag. I had never had to do that before but ok. She pointed to bags and stood by and watched as I struggled to get a large comforter into a rather small bag. I finally gave up and left. I will not be going back after being treated like that. Management should be aware of the rude behavior of it's employees.

I got quarters from the machine I put in $4 and it only gave me back 375 when I told the woman that she yelled at me I don't have any money. I don't have it she said it's only a quarter teach your employees to be more courteous and on top of that she was using four clothes carriers and there were none others left. You should get rid of this woman right away

used to be great. not anymore! dirty! machines are always broken! they keep raising their prices but make zero improvements . I have been coming here for years but I'm looking for a new place to do my weekly laundry

This place is either hit or miss. Either it looks like the aftermath of WW3 or it is very clean. I try to go as early as possible to avoid the rush (and some strange people) but alas, this Sunday morning proved otherwise. Maybe 6 other people here as well; but still plenty of machines to use. (As I watch the spin cycle from the comfort of my car.)

The new girl isn't very nice at all. When I gave her my card to be punched, no "Hello" no "Hi" no "How many?" I said "Hi, one please." She didn't even make eye contact. She punched the card and handed it back to me. I guess she was more concerned about the child (her daughter?) that was sitting on a chair behind the counter near some equipment. I hope she doesn't last here.

Very clean, but very pricey for the size of the machines they have. The number of machines are very limited and very small. The only jumbo or big machine (because it's not that much bigger than the normal size machines) is being used by the manager. I don't even want to think how much the bigger machine was. They have no price listed on the machine only the number of coins., so know your math. 18 quarters is $4.50 for what seemed like the only machine available. I had to take my comforters some where else.

After realizing we were 6ft deep in laundry this is hands down the best decision for my family. The wash n fold & delivery service has been neat, organized, and convenient. Highly recommend!
