I am a new customer and spoke to someone about options. Emailed him three times and never got a response back.

Great customer service, great products, fast response. We ordered decals for our fleet of 30 vehicles. They got our decals in a day and the quality was more than we were expecting.

I needed a sign made and The Art Sign Co. went above and beyond. The sign was immaculate and I couldn't be happier with the quality and attention to detail. It's always nice to do business with a company that takes pride in their product.

Our company has used Art Sign Co. on numerous occasions. They are nothing but professionals, incredibly friendly, and always helpful. Usually I will have to ask their opinion on size, installation, or materials. Rene and his team are always very accommodating and help make it work. Our most recent project was a large scale sign and it was installed without a hitch and looks great.

Officially the worst sign company in the Bay Area. I spoke to Mike about producing some A Frame signs and he said no problem send him the artwork and we were all set. I sent him an email 2 weeks ago and did not hear back. I called and he said oh yes, I saw your email but there was no artwork attached. Okay, he could have called or emailed back and told me but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and sent it again.

Here it is, a week later and no response. I called twice and spoke to another gentleman and he promised Michael would call me back...nope he never did. That was it....no response.

I guess they don't need my business which is fine, I will take it elsewhere. But I do want the rest of you to know.

Art Sign Company has helped grow my business. Mike, Rene and crew have done an outstanding job in providing large format, vinyl appliques, and a-frame signs for my small business over the years. I always feel we get a great value for the money we spend. On time, quality work, and value. Can't ask for much more and Art Sign Co delivers.
