Beth Workman is exceptional. There's a reason why she's difficult to schedule time for an appointment. The care she provides to help get your back in alignment is amazing.

I had one of the best massages in my life with Liz. She was kind, intuitive and I left feeling so incredibly relaxed and in less pain.The whole spa was a pampering yet chill vibe. Perfection!

From check in to check out, everyone was kind and polite. Facial was amazing and relaxing, Massage w Tim was OUT OF THIS WORLD! I even bought my sister a gift card before I left. Thank you!

I lucked into a 90 minute custom massage with Tim on a recent visit. He targeted exactly the areas I asked him to focus on and I felt great. There's a cute shop at reception as well.

Erika was my masseuse, and she was incredible really in tuned with where I needed to have pressure and when to ease up. I would definitely go to her again. I've also recommended her to other people. I don't get very many facials, but my facial was also excellent.

Tim was very approachable, responsive to my questions and even offered suggestions for stretching and agility afterwards. I appreciated his pleasant and polite demeanor. I would request a massage from him again.

The facility and services are very attractive.

The customer service here is appalling. They ruined a birthday surprise my husband had planned 2 months in advance for me, twice. They called me to confirm our appointments and made up an elaborate lie that they called xx64 instead of xx63, when I have an out of state phone number. Then they sent me a confirmation text 2 days later. When I called to ask what the issue was, they said it was noted that the appointments were a birthday surprise and not to call me. The next day they called my husband to ask him to move one of our appointments (he had booked facials and a couples massage) to accommodate another client. Are you kidding me? He said no. Is it a surprise that the next day (today) at about 5:45pm we are told a provider is "sick" (convenient 2 days before Christmas) and our scheduled couples message (which they now say they have booked separately) need to be cancelled. But we can still do the facials. Absolutely not. I wouldn't waste my money after the completely horrible experience l, after going here for 5 years. Icing on the cake is that last year they had a broken pipe and we couldn't have the lunch we planned or use the steam room or showers. 2 years in a row of disappointment. We will never come back and we will share this awful mess with friends and family. Management needs to do better.

And bc I know you'll make the same post, 1. My husband requested female massage therapists, so having us scheduled with a male just confirms the booking was messed up from the get go. 2. We were not offered a different appointment time today, for tomorrow. We were told 1 of the massages was completely cancelled.

Very nice place but expensive. Quality spa if you're looking for that posh movie experience.

Excellent range of services and add-on options, great massages with very quiet rooms (and no distracting noise pollution from outside the room), a lovely post-massage steam room, a very comfortable lounge area where you can revel in your massage bliss with a cup of tea by the fireplace, friendly staff, and surprisingly reasonable prices. It's everything that you would want from a decadent afternoon of 'me time'.

My massage was amazing. I feel fantastic and I'm glad I found this place. I actually contacted a different Massage Therapist with her own business but she was so busy she recommended the apothecary spa. I'm glad I took her advice! Will be signing up for a package this month!
