Kat does an awesome job with hair! I've never stuck with a hair stylist for longer than 6 months, but I've been going to her for over two years now! She knows how to deal with my hair, which no other hair stylist has ever been able to do before. She is great with color, cuts, updos, hair styling, etc. She even takes extra classes on her own time and money! She goes out of her way to make sure clients are happy with their hair, and she takes pride in her work.

They also have an esthetician Jessie who did an awesome job on my bushy eyebrows! I usually get them threaded, but I had given up on doing anything with my eyebrows for a while. Whenever I went to get them threaded, they wouldn't listen to me and my eyebrows continued to be uneven afterwards. Jessie listened to me, and did a great job at even-ing my eye brows!

Amber did a beautiful job on my blonde balayage. My hair had been lightened before and she knew exactly what it took to make it brighter and keep it healthy. She got me to the perfect shade of cool blonde! I love my hair!

From the moment I called, the owner answered, I felt so welcomed and it just over the phone. The owner scheduled an appointment for me to see Peeter Raya.
He fixed my last hair that was a complete color mess. He was amazing and in fact all staff were friendly, the place was spotless and followed all COVID protocols!

Disgusting little old lady!!! This establishment should be permanently CLOSED. I parked in handicap in front of their building and one of the older ladies rudely questioned my disability. Note that the parking is PUBLIC parking. We plan to bring extra attention to this establishment and their discrimination against handicapped individuals. Shame on you!!!!

The staff are always so welcoming and friendly! Special shout out to Jamie S. for always taking such good care of me and taking her time to make sure my haircut is exactly what I envisioned. She goes above and beyond for her clients and that's the reason why I've been her client for the last 10 Years. Highly recommend Thairapy Salon!

I go to Mary for all of my cuts and colors! She is one reason Thairapy is such a fantastic salon! Mary always does such an excellent style for my difficult hair. She is fun, create and excellent at her craft! I actually call her a miracle worker with my hair! I highly recommend Mary at Thairapy if you want the best cut with reasonable prices!

I've been going to Jeannie Marie for years and years, following her from salon to salon!! She is a master colorist and just reads my mind when it comes to the next color I'm craving. She's always up on the latest trends and keeps my hair looking great!! She's a blast to talk to during my appointment and her genuinely kind service is what keeps me coming back!
The salon is also very nice and in a beautiful location - I love feeling that ocean breeze when I'm walking up. The receptionists are always professional and organized. It's also extremely clean and well kept. A++++

I have gotten a brazilian blowout twice already with Alexis, and recommended friends to come here too. She is very knowledgeable about the process and the products she uses, as well as very sweet.

I'm going to start out saying, I don't write reviews but I had to! Alexis Harmon is one of THE BEST hairstylist I have ever gone to! I came in having the worst morning, low self esteem and just over all unhappy with myself. She literally turned my day around! She made me feel so beautiful, and I haven't felt like that in a while. she cut and colored my hair exactly how I wanted it. She seriously knows what's she's doing! I will always recommend her to all my friends. Once again, she's seriously amazing

It's unfortunate that I have to leave this review because the appointment started out so good. But basically I went to Hannah (who does permanent make up at Thairapy) because I saw that she did brow shading on her site and I though it was with a machine, like it usually is. From a past experience I know that's what I need because I do not retain Microblading strokes well so shading is a great option for people like me. Well come to find out at the appointment that she does manual shading which is completely different and doesn't remotely have the same effect. But I was already at the appointment and had just flown in from Hawaii to have this done. Well to begin with it was very very painful. Microblading can be uncomfortable but it's never supposed to be painful and this was almost unbearably painful. So I got through it and afterwards I sat up to look and was immediately disappointed with the work. I had clearly expressed what I wanted and I wasn't happy with the size or the shape or the quality of work. It was really unfortunate, and I was bummed, and I expressed that I didn't love them but she had another client waiting so we were unable to take extra time to perfect them so I left. Fast forward 4 weeks and the brows have all but completely disappeared. I kindly contacted Hannah about my situation and expressed how disappointed I was and apologized that I had to ask for my money back and she wrote back saying it was my fault "sorry about that but all services are non-refundable. And you bled a lot and don't retain strokes well. Would you like me to send you a copy of my policies?" Wow. So I literally flew over, wasted an entire $600 for a service I thought was going to be something else other than it was, and went through a great deal of pain on top of it for absolutely nothing. It was a complete waste of money and I was really taken aback at how little concern she showed and how little she tried to remedy the situation. I would have been happy if she had met me in the middle and offered me half of my money back. But nothing. I understand we all have policies, but sometimes there are unique situations that occur where it's appropriate to do what's right, especially when a client is completely dissatisfied and feels like they didn't receive what they paid for. It feels obvious to me that she couldn't care less about her clients after that $600 is handed over. You'll be on your own afterwards, no matter how poorly it goes. Unfortunate.
