Thai and his stuff are excellent on their service, they have done a great job on my prior year tax filing. Their fee is affordable, and the quality of work were great. I'm highly recommended him if you need a CPA to get a job done.

Mr Nguyen takes his time and explains things to you. He is accommodating to your schedule. Knowledgeable. Very personable. I will return to him next year.

Taxes have gotten more complicated just like everything else these days! It used to be easy filing online but not anymore. I decided to see Mr. Nguyen for my end of year taxes and I was extremely glad I did! Thai is extremely polite, knowledgeable of recent changes to tax laws and VERY thorough. He answered all my questions, gave me timely suggestions for my 2024 filing and explained my tax filing every step of the way. His fee is more than fair and is based on the difficulty of your personal tax and financial situation, which is only fair. Besides being professional and and knowledgeable he will give you payment options to the IRS and State. I cannot tell you what peace of mind Thai gave me in his tax preparation and highly recommend his five-star service!

If you are looking for substance and not form, choose him; he might not have the perfect accent, but the quality and fee are reasonable; in fact from my experiences, you get a CPA quality of advice for a fee of a generic tax preparer !!!

Horrible and very rude. Doesnt even let you finish your question or go through a conversation. Hangs up without notice and leaves you in the dust. Does not provide the service requested and is bad value. You're better off somewhere else!

I recommend his tax services and consultation. Very knowledgeable. I did a tax return beginning of June and he got it done for me and very thoroughly. I'm happy I went with him for my tax returns. Also when uploading digital forms, he has this app that lets you securely upload your sensitive documents and information without compromising your information. Previously I have done my taxes with other business and they had me email my documents and email isn't secured. That's why I love how safe I feel with this business with Thai. He's very friendly and approachable also.
